If this happens i will certainly be a goner, as i work on site but as will from here to Manchester in 3 seconds. Lets hope we nip this one in the bud. http://www.newsandstar.co.uk/news/f...rorist-alert-1.833490?referrerPath=nightlife/
I love local papers. Other headlines on that page include: "Are we becoming terminally stupid?", "Man dials 999 to say he’s got stuck in bath" and "Big fun in the back garden"
'999 fine would fix those funny feet' 'Carlisle actress Roxanne Pallett's date with a bird' 'Woss gawin orn? It's pure misery'
Sounds like the local bobbies where a little paranoid. But then again I suppose some arab looking gentlemen driving around at the ungodly hour of 4.30 in the afternoon enjoying the country veiws would be a little strange. Hardly a terror threat as reported in the local rag.
I assure you it is much worse than the media know it will come out in the near future but all i can say atm is the asians wernt exactly fine with being arrested there was a chase and search... not just in the local rag now... http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/UK...ested_Near_Sellafield_Nuclear_Site_In_Cumbria
To be fair, they were five Bangladeshi blokes from London, who were not staying in the area and had seemingly driven all the way to Cumbria just to video a nuclear power station, it does look fairly dodgy.
Fair enough OLM, I wasnt aware they were gathering video images, or were not from the area. The police were then correct to question them considering the recent events in Pakistan.
