Curiously, the Saints fans of my acquaintance don't appear to hold any grudge whatsoever against Redknapp. I know that, like me, you reside around the South Coast, so presumably you have picked up different vibes to me. There has always seemed to be a permanent hatred between Saints and Pompey fans, but also very short memories. The late Alan Ball was a revered player for Southampton, but was not unwelcome when he took up the reins at Fratton Park. Mick Channon also had a spell with Pompey towards the end of his career. If Harry Redknapp came in at St. Marys and the team started winning, they'd all be delighted.
A lot would refuse to go, dont forget he took them down last time and then left and went back to Pompey IIRC. They wont accept a Pompey man whos already relegated us. It would be like us getting Hughes back in 3 or 4 years.
Its probably a ladyboy with huge implants (they are not real for sure) and that will only be revealed after people have cranked one out to it! That feeling after the reveal will be something like I feel after watching a Hughes team play.

It will get to the point where we are down and TF is better off keeping him until the end of the season when he will resign as theres no way he will manager in the NPC as he thinks that is beneath him.
I think you are right on both counts Flyer. Leslie isn't getting sacked, but will walk/has a release clause (perhaps from either side) on relegation.
Anyone think he might be too proud to walk if we get relegated? How about that for eternal optimism! I will support MH up until Southampton. If he wins, I'm still (just) on board. If not, I want him out. Final chance for me.
I'd like to put my head above the parapet... 1. I think we will beat Southampton. 2. I think Mark Hughes will turn out to be a very fine magager for us. 3. If we do get relegated, I think Mark Hughes would return the loyalty shown him by TF and stay to get us promoted as champions of the NPC. 4. After reading the 1st 3 points, I was going to reply asking what you were on! Hughes has zero loyalty. He will be applying for every PL job going.
Sorry guys, I have to agree, loyalty is not his strong point....I'm not even sure it is something he expects/appreciates in players
