    A few points.

He has been in the job 12 months.

He inherited a shambles of a squad. Don't get me wrong we had some decent players but we lacked full backs, strikers, different types of midfielder. Wingers.

He has had to sell to bring in players. He has not been given a blank cheque book. He has tried to bring in quality in Fletcher and Johnson. I don't think he has made a bad signing? He is trying to rebuild the squad but he is doing it sensibly. Not buying 9 players a window.

The seb experiment- I agree with MON by moving him inside. He lacked the pace to be a top winger. He can pass and he can score. Now he's central midfield it's going to take games to get used to the middle. It may take a season but for me it's worth doing.

Are we playing better. It's taken a while for players to get going but In the
Last couple of games we have been much better without reward.. Our attacking players look better.

We are on a bad run but only 10 games into the season. To sack MON would be to panic. I know this run goes back to the QF last season. Unlike Bruce however I do see the team improving and the team spirit is there to see.

What would sacking MON achieve? Starting again, choosing another managers opinion. Changing direction again. Who would we bring in and what difference could they make? They have the same players and the same budget?

As you can tell I'm a MON man. I'm sticking by him and those who want him gone I can understand why but I'm sticking this time.

Please stick to debate and opinions. No need for abuse. Cheers.

If we start winning games, we might get some new players in January, we need 12 points or better better before the New Year <wizard>

The problem is Billy you turn to the race/nationality/religion card in one form or another almost everytime you slate him. It takes credit from your agument. I can't defend Mon at the moment but I can't agree with the stuff you're saying.

Sacking your manager would, IMO, be a ticket straight to the championship. You may not finish that high this season, but it's gonna take a bit of time to build your side up and what you should aim for is mid table for the time being.

I think you should give MON till the end of the season. If by that time he hasn't changed his negative style, then you really should consider getting rid, but not until the summer.

Then don't bring them into it if they have no bearing. Be a good boy and keep it clean.

Billy, try and make your point in a reasonable fashion or **** off! I disagree with your opinion. You disagree with mine, the difference is you don't make a reasoned argument. You just call people names and swear a lot?

I'm not happy with the way things are going either, I'm prepared to give O'Neill time. AnIbeing unreasonable with this?????
