Well done Hornets .... that was unfortunately I need to drown my sorrows .... bottle or 2 of red please
Looks like it's going to be a messy night - I will start straight away on the Cheers everyone - not often we hammer dirty Leeds, they get smashed at home by a river crossing and another player brought along at Watford scores 2 against Man U. Very happy days...
evening all!! Okay, morning...but i'm back from Leeds and on such a high i don't think i'll be going to bed just yet..i'm going to sooo regret this at work tomorrow! lol i'll have a beer please!
gawd, really should go to bed..long working day tomorrow! lol...night night all, sweet dreams Happy Hornette signing off!
Sun shining here, lovely day. Still have a glow from yesterday. Maybe they were a bit short handed, but it seemed very odd for Warnock to not consider that he might need a replacement in the second half.
Strange how things have turned out. Not so long back Taylor, Loach, Marriappa and Sordell were regulars in our team, yet today they have all moved on to become bench warmers at best. Looking at their replacements we have done well I think.
great point there M Frenchie. Of those four, there's only two i'd want back, Taylor and Mariappa...amazing to think that our beloved Mapps is bench warming...i wonder what they think when they see what's going on here now...
Morning all from a mild West West London....still grinning after the week-end! Thanks in advance for the frothy AK...
Morning all ... very sorry to miss the game...... but had a great 94th bday party and the afternoon was enlightened by incredulity and jocularity ( well we hade been drinking ) as news came in of the game....
Morning All, there was quite a hint of autumn this morning with a mist hanging over the fields, but already it has lifted and the sun is breaking through. The forecast for the whole week is good, dry and warm during the daytime, but with little cloud cover the temperatures will drop overnight. Looking forward to meeting up with old friends at the weekend although I would have preferred it to have been here rather than Wales. Also the fact that I will not get to hear Jon Marks becoming excited about another win will be a bit of a downer. I watched the highlights on Hornet Player last night and there were some great goals. It did seem that we have players who on their day can put away a chance with more style than some of the 'stars' in the Prem.

I am late today as one manager said I did something wrong. I did a little wrong, but he would not have seen the error if he had asked for the information he needed and not everything. His bit was correct.
Morning all, bright sunshine and a clear blue sky, but with that came an overnight frost, so my hot coffee will be welcome. Must go and check on my plants this morning. Managed to get some Brussels sprouts in before gardening became off limit, only to discover that the plants bought at the market turned out to be cauliflowers.
