Is it just me or has MH just run through the same old drivel post-match again.

'It is difficult for everybody because we are desperate to get that win everybody feels we deserve'. Who actually thinks we deserve it? The boys show no confidence and that's not because they're freezing in front of goal, it's because the manager hasn't got the ability to motivate the players. He needs to have a rapport and understanding of the individuals but he's just too aloof and arrogant.

It's just a shame that TF doesn't have the courage to call it a day with MH and bring in someone who i'm sure would galvanise the side. The talent is there, it just needs the team and individuals to believe again. MH is not the man to do it and he has to go before he brings the club down. His famous words of last season must be coming back to haunt him! If anyone in business had performed as badly as MH, they'd have been long gone a long time ago.

Please, TF, put the interests of the club before those of the egotistical MH and bring in a man who can get the best out of these good players.

It has struck me lately that MH behaves more like a Chairman of the Board than a manager or a coach, in the accepted sense,
and The Chairman behaves like a rabbit caught in the headlights.:emoticon-0104-surpr

Hughes is totally stumped. He has no answers. Nearly feel sorry for him at this stage.

Why? It's his team, his creation, his crap. If he had an ounce of decency he'd walk but he hasn't got the balls...

Good point. I would respect him if he put his hands up and say there is no more that he can offer and walk away.

I am too pissed off to really bother writing anything, but the point is that we dominated pretty much the whole game, the tactics were right, but the players didn't score when they should have done. Bring on Southampton, MH's last chance. Enough said.

Go now Sparky, or lack of Sparky.

This is from one of your biggest defenders to date.

    Regretfully, it is time.

That would be the only acceptable way out of it.

Right now hes in Stewart Houston/Ray Harford territory in the most hated managers ever for me.

In fact, hes got the worst % of games lost in QPR history for any manager that had more than 10 games.

I admit to the world, Belfast was right about Mark Hughes all along and I was wrong.
