Agree, Giroud was lethal, very happy with his performance today. He's been quality recently.

Anyone who wants Wenger out, think of this. There are no WORTHWHILE candidates to replace Wenger. There are no managers who can do what he does year in year out on such a strict budget. There are no managers who can deal with an insanely incompetent board and still get us success.

Arsenal currently needs Wenger more than Wenger needs Arsenal.

We need a better board than a new manager if anything

We are giving the other teams midfield a free run at our defence with those players. Coquelin is not developing as he should have or maybe he is simply not good enough. Frimpong looked lost against Reading and Diaby injured. Not buying a CM/DM looks rather stupid, now.

I remember a lot of people in the transfer window saying we don't need M'vila...

Thing is he might not have adapted or might have been a flop, and there are better options

Erm, not him. He has been banned from playing for France until 2014. The guy has serious problems off the pitch.

There are other players around the same price range, i'm not sure Wenger tried to sign anyone apart from Sahin

A lot of people commenting about Coquelin and Ramsey, but the real problem we have is a lack of pace in any of our middle 3. Jack will help, but Carzorla and Arteta, as good as they are, just don't have pace.

In my opinion, one of them in the team is OK, but both of them make the game too pedestrian. Sad to say, but one of them needs to be dropped and two of Arshavin or Ox or Wilshere or Eisfeld need to come in. We seem to be always looking to slow the game down.

Playing Podolski or Ramsey wide just compounds the problem.

I said it before (PISKIE..) but Ramsey is not a central midfielder, he's an AM. After he came on he lost the ball several times and almost got sent off because he was always out of position and unable to get a proper tackle in.

Giroud was amazing today. Walcott was good. For once though, Arteta let us down, but then everyone has the odd bad game. Coquelin being so bad doesn't help though. Beyond Arteta/Wilshere/Diaby, our CM position stinks.
