I thought this lad oozed quality and will be a England regular much like his dad. He had an attitude problem, much like his dad. What I want to know is was it Roy or Kenny that sold him on? And we're H&G or FSG smart enough to include add ons to the contract.
He rejected a new contract & left for Blackpool, but because of his age you got some compo from them.
I think it depends on how long they have been in your young teams etc. Usually decided by a tribunal I think
I think he was a talented player and I think he would have featured in the first team this season if he had stayed. But he was impatient and had the wrong attitude.
Never looked anything when he played in first team either. I think he suffered because we have others such as Pacheco and Suso etc
He joined Blackpool on 3 August 2011 so I make that Kenny However, he was also out of contract and since Kenny had only been back at the for seven months it would be harsh to blame him
7 months is long enough. I blame KD. KD wasted £20 on downing when all he had to do was give this kid some first team football. Just like Rodgers is doing with suso, sterling, wisdom,
Garbage that imo, Ince is nearly 21, so he's way ahead of them, he's also a better player than 2 of them at least. He was just never given the chance at Liverpool & so he had to move on. He's gone on to blossom into a very good player, it happens.
He was given chances in cup games but he looked more lost than Downing and Cole have this season!!! He left just over a year ago, he WAS behind them. Just for the record, Pacheco is 21 too Fair play to him for doing well in the Championship but only time will tell if he can step up.
He played one game lad, so I've no idea how you'd class that as a 'chance' - were you there like? As you seem to have a vivid recollection of how crap he was. Pacheco can't even make it into your kids XI, so he must be pretty gash like. I've seen enough of Ince to know that he's a player & he will make the top grade imo. He'll get his move either in Jan or the summer.
You know what, I'm thinking of Nathan Ecclestone! Still, fair play to Ince. Didn't work out with us so I wish him.the best of luck
Pacheco was the next best thing a year or so ago. He was taking youth tournaments by storm. He's gone completely of the radar since!
