My book would be the most recent copy of the Michelin Restaurant guide, just to torture myself when i'm starvin.

My luxury would be an automatically refilled bottle of Sailor Jerry (which i happen to have a glass of in my hand), which would take my mind off being bloody hungry.

I've enjoyed reading all the complilations, and if someone could download them all onto my ipod, i'd be eternally grateful

    Cheers...........

    LOL

One of the clockwork wind up radios - has to be all bands of course. As long as I could hear other human voices e.g. docs, dramas & music and hopefully the city commentaries I wouldn't care! I certainly wouldn't have a football and call it feckin' 'Wilson' like Tom Hanks that is for sure...anyway 2 years or so on a desert island and even you would love Burnsy and Swanny (stands back and waits for the **** to come my way)

    Cheers

there is no way i could seriously pick 8 , i love so much music from 5 or more decades that ive learned not to do the fave song thing ,
Id tell Kirsty to go fug herself (whoever she is)

Real Estate , Japandroids , Pixies , Slint , Mac Demarco , Kinks , Stooges , The Who (it pains me to stop there) could have 8 each easy!!

In no particular order (although this may be the order they were released), and for reasons that are too boring, too personal or too obscure to explain...

Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood - The Animals
Behind Blue Eyes - The Who
    Starman - David Bowie
    Perfect Day - Lou Reed
Anarchy In The UK - Sex Pistols
    Bad - U2
Snow - Red Hot Chili Peppers
    Haifisch - Rammstein

It will probably change tomorrow and the next day and every day after.

Book -- Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe (a trilogy in five parts)
    Luxury -- Home brew equipment

They're ace, the self-titled album is one of my all-time favourites - Seeing Red my favourite track on that one. Dave Grohl on drums added a lot.
