God I hate the Europa league. The standard of reffing is shocking..... make Chris Foy look like a refereeing demi-god. How that wasn't a penalty or a free-kick god knows. He basically lunges at him from behind, feet off the floor. Makes the whole tournament a waste of time with refereeing of this quality.

 

The official behind the goal was looking straight at it, too. Cowardly.

 

Townsend is a James Hunt...That Slov elbowed Bale with intent imo..."he's turned into him there" there was one angle that showed him bring his arm quickly upwards, not out across the chest.

As much as I hate it it's no wonder players throw themselves to the floor with refs like this, if you don't exaggerate the foul you don't get anything.
