I think this is very positive in that it shows we are still outplaying teams despite the couple of set-backs against Palace and Watford - just need to start putting the chances away
Im still very hopeful, people are saying we need a finisher, but if we keep creating so many chances, we will be top 6 in May
Trouble is, we've been saying we need to put the chances away since day one. Hopefully Saturday is the day we give a side the hammering that's been coming. Anyone fancy turning that 5-1 around?
I think the mistake we've made this season is banking too much on the success of Vardy. It was obvious Beckford was not going to figure much, and Vardy doesn't have the experience to replace him. Nothing against Vardy, but it would be difficult for any player to adjust from such a massive leap. It doesn't helping that he keeps getting injured/ill either. We need someone soon - I really think we're one player away from automatic promotion.
Yeh I agree, I also still have faith that Martyn Waghorn could come good again. I heard he played very well against Bolton, and was unlucky not to score? I would welcome a loan signing from the Premiership, not necessarily a big name. Look at the effect Jason Roberts had on Reading last season, I would love a player like that.
Give Futacs some playing time, he might just be that kind of six yard box player who can put some of the scrappy chances away
