Player to Watch Nani If he features the Portugese has a point to prove on home soil.
nice one UIR hope we rest 1st team AV away will be tough game tough to predict without knowing the team ps. didn't Danny Welbeck traveled with the team? why he did if he is injured?
That's what I see happening. We only need 1 point to advance. I also think Cluj will finish 2nd in the group.
I'm hoping for the draw, but after SAF seeming quite so confident - I fully expect the usual drama of a loss tonight and then pressure being on again in the remaining fixtures. Hope I'm wrong.
That official? Surprised to see Smalling start if so, but glad Rafael got a rest. Assuming Valencia is playing RB with out diamond formation in the middle, Anderson sitting deep (no thanks) Nani to the right, Giggs to the left and Rooney at the point with Chicharito and Welbeck up top.
Worried. We should really play RVP, rafael, cleverley. I think we will be lucky to escape with a draw.
RVP maybe, Rafael, nope. I think Rafa has started and played the full game almost every game so far this year. Played 90 against Chelsea in the league, 120 midweek and 90 against Arsenal. I wouldnt push him in a game we don't NEED to win. I think Fergie is going to try and just win at home to Cluj, I think 9 points will put us through to the next round although 10 gets us in now.
So far Smalling has looked like a player lacking match sharpness, Anderson is trying to force the play too much and over hitting too many risky passes, Welbeck hasn't been able to get in the game and Nani has been very poor.
