Brown envelope job i am sure Heis. Blacklough is a credit to his trainer. Very short priced fav turned over at Fairyhouse. Jockey had a shocker.
Unlucky Bladoun backers. Down at the last when looking the winner. Roger Beantown needs three miles already. Thank god the price was rubbish and i didn't back it.
If he's gone, will Stick come back, or will he spend the rest of his life wandering in the wilderness?
I've not backed him but Si Cetait Vrai has some decent form in the book and if they've sorted out his problems you'd expect him to be up to challenging in this race against the very weak Cause of Causes.
Why on earth has old boy Arkle been banned?!? What have I missed whilst lunching at the 'top table'?!?
He has indeed Oddy. I can only guess that Ron decided that enough was enough and he didn't want to see a mass exodus. I'm not going to criticise Arkle but it must hae been apparent to everyone that he wasn't about to change his postin style and was already getting many backs up. It might not even have been Ron who banned him of course as i'm not sure how it works - i think only the site owner can ban people from the entire forum though I may be wrong.
beanflicker a "steering job" another Brown Envelope down the swanny thanks for that but wait i tote placed it yipppeeeeeeeeeeee
He did challenge. Ran a superb comeback run to lose by a diminishing neck. One ot keep an eye out for when he goes chasing.
He didnt do anything that warranted banning, that much is certain. Ruby Ruby Ruby outridden by Dougie Costello, Walsh has been an abomination so far this season, wants the horse to do everything all the time, if he isnt taking it up on the bridle going to the last hes given up and giving them an easy time. Ive only backed one of them in ireland and I didnt see his two winning rides yesterday so maybe he produced a brilliant ride there but he has been poor on two today, Costello kicked early and I knew he had made a race winning move 3 out. Ruby should be doing more on these favourites to make sure he wins, not just waiting for the horse to do everything. Look at the way he was sitting taking tugs and that when the field bunched up, Costello took the bull by the horns and won the race, far too often Walsh gives weak rides at the bad meetings. Would have been plenty of punters seeing him at Chepstow for 2 rides when ireland is on, and battering in with big singles and doubles, especially after a few winners yesterday, and he has let them down, I doubt he will lose any sleep as hes said before he couldnt care less about the punters.
