Some people don't really care for some other people (or person) for reasons which will become obvious given time.

Izzy, Hooper, Rogne & Forrest all missed today's training session and Sammy is rated 50/50 for the morn <yikes>

Chuck at LB and Watt up-front?

Samaras and Broon will both start, I reckon.

I don't think Watt will get the nod - I reckon Lennon is more likely to go with Miku if he needs another striker.

Hooper not playing will be a blow.

one is super excited about the game and as I have had **** all else to do this afternoon i watched highlights of the 3-2 game in 2008. still want to shoot the heid!

    http://www.skysports.com/video/inline/0,,16427_8187319,00.html

who do people think from the 2008 team would get into the side for wed? Team was boruc, caddis, heid, big mick, naylor, hartley, robson, naka, mcgeady, jvoh, macdonald. sammi, wilson and donati came on. looking at that team now i am amazed we got through the group stages. the defence is apalling. for me naka and jvoh would be in the team this week

Naka aye but I'd play todays Sammi or Hooper ahead of Jan. McGeady could also be make the line up as useful on the break.

Remember Naylor hit is only ever cross that found a Celtic man in that game. We did pass the ball well in that team.

The team for tomorrow will be

    -------------------Forster

    Lustig-----Ambrose--------Wilson------Mulgrew

    ----------Brown---Wanyama--Ledley

    Commons---------------------------Samaras

    ------------------Miku

either that or kayal in for commons with brown on the right.

Imagine we sprung a surprise and played matthews on the right for his pace.

I reckon if there's no Hooper, Sammy will be up front on his own. Miku did hee haw up there against Benfica and Samaras holding it up will bring the likes of Ledley and Commons into attack and his running at Barca caused problems in the last game.

samaras is wasted at centre forward imo. he needs to play a bit deeper with someone else up top.

i thought miku was ok against benfica, but lacked service mainly due to sammy being out injured. Scored a cracker at the weekend and confidence will be high. He wont be as isolated with both commons and sammy on the park.

But if hooper makes it there's no chance he'll start

    I like that team.

After I said Ledley would go left back I remembered how narrow Lustig and Izzy went against them. Charlie is best equipped for that. I don't like him in midfield.

I don't think I got it wrong with saying Forrest could get at Alba....just that Alba got at Forrest that bit better. Playing Brown out there is good. I don't think he can go longer than 65-70 minutes in this sort of a game and if we are still in it with that sort of time to go, then maybe wee Jamesie might just suit.

playing chico at left back gives me nightmares. i was thinking we should drop him but need him somewhere in the team for his delivery

    Its time for Lennon to go with a more adventurous formation ;

I suggest he use my innovative 9-0-1 line-up, prevent barca playing their short passing game to cut through our midfield by not having any midfield to cut through. This will obviously confuse them greatly. 8 defensive players in our penalty box, big victor to patrol the D, sammi up front on his beautiful pantene pro-v own. They will do all their pretty tippy-tappy stuff in front of us, victor will pick up any loose passes, 50 yard punt up to big sammi who will rag-doll their shoddy "defenders" and , bang, wan - nil the sellick.

    Last 16 here we come<ok>.
