No excuse for tinned hotdogs.. Buy the vacuum packed ones from aldi.. 80% meat content oak smoked bad boys. I do like a hotdog..

Stop the booze.. That alone will shift at least a stone.

In the week, yes. Weekend, no chance.

Did you get my text last night? The Aldi four bird roast is back!

For those who haven't had the pleasure, do so.

Easy way to shift a stone in a week........

Water. Just drink loads of it and it will flush your system and you will drop a stone by monday.

I never look for them until they're advertised and they are now. Will be buying one.

They're £9.99 too, must have gone up!

Just went into Neath for said jacket spud. Had a chicken chasseur filling, was very nice too.

What a ****ing utterly depressing **** hole that place is though. ****ing hell.

I lived there for about a year or so, twas during the 1994 world cup I recall, and i just don't remember it with anything other than fondness (could be the 60 odd birds I ****ed during this period, maybe)

But it's awful now. Wet, dark and depressing.

It is marvellous.. Try not to cook it too long as some of it goes a bit dry if you do.. Think I may have to procure one too now..

    Yeah, it is. Trust me.

Cardiff is like New York when compared to Neath. (town centre I'm talking)
