The interview does read very well, and hopefully it allays some of the fears with regards to what direction they wanted to take the club off the field - but the proof wil be in the pudding, but would suggest some it has already started. The 'family' ticket, which it looks like they may stick with. Also I think I read (from the forum?) that they were going to move the family enclosure to the Lower Rous. I'm not sure how many decide not to take their children because of the close proximity to the away fans, but like this idea as well.
the family stand was in the Rous before it moved to the vicarage road end...it moved because of the building work...it's a great idea to put it back!
I have enough trouble with French, so do not try too hard with other languages. There is some definite Watford news in this piece, but it doesn't seem that obvious. Anyone able to help? http://udinesecalcio.portals.twww.tv/video/c99a4b5870edc46dc5f98129c9361046.html
Dan, I'm wondering if it's more what Di Natale is actually saying than anything else that Frenchie wants translated. I'm guessing that the signed shirt is to be kept at the Vic along with momentos from our season in Europe, but does that mean they're getting a WFC one signed by Zola in return? I must admit, I'd prefer it to be one signed by LD.
I tried Google translate as well, but I find it still hard to understand. Perhaps as it is now past midday a glass of something would help.
From what I have read since Tuesday the lad could do with a rest, not play another game. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/10035090.Chalobah_receives_first_England_Under_21_call_up/
Good to see that the owners are making an effort to communicate. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...Watford_s_future_in_search_of_Premier_League/
My colleague who supports West Brom is proud of the way their club has been run by not stretching themselves to get to/stay in the PL, even though they were a yo-yo club for a few years, the rewards for that approach are now clear for everyone to see. It seems that the Pozzos are looking at doing something similar for us.
No Dan Pudil tomorrow, he has been collecting cards and now has five. Maybe he could play swap cards with someone?
Watford FC News ‏@News_WFC We're in advanced talks to sign Abdi, Forestieri, Pudil and Vydra in January with them all eager to join A bit of positive news.
Nice and a bit more good news is we are about to sign a 15 yr old " who all the important clubs want" so says Mr Nani Future is getting brighter
To get those 4 on a permanent basis would be fantastic for the club, rather then just being in the 'shop window' as some were worried about! Although wonder what cash will swap between the clubs. Can also see us buying a lot more youth in now - the scouting network is starting to kick in, identifying youngsters suitable to Watford.
Good news if those 4 decide to stay...all add quality to the squad: Also statement below on the plans for safe standing. Sounds like the club would consider such an idea: http://www.fsf.org.uk/news/Burnley-and-Watford-back-Safe-Standing-Campaign.php
Not sure why the WO have produced this article, it seems like a rehash of earlier items. Maybe Frank was a bit short on his word count this week. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...onger_want_to_sell_players_to_balance_books_/
So where would we have the safe standing? Redevelop the Vic Road end, so can be for home and away fans, now the Family Enclosure is moving back to the Lower Rous....
