Thats true. Brendan is going to be given the time to sort this mess out, all we need is the owners to give him cash.

While we're at it, let's bring back the 80s Liverpool team.

... Sorry I thought we were travelling in a time machine?

    Bloody plastics.

So you really think its that big a leap of faith to believe that liverpool can make up the 4 points that currently separates us from 6th?

and you say we have to wake up<doh>

    Based on what?

You've won 3 league games at home in 2012 & you've gained 28 points from your last 30 league games.

Nice cut off there, why not say unbeaten in five league games since the utd game when most unbiased viewers thought we were very unlucky to get beat after yet another shocking decision going utds way.

How about it being based on the fact that we are a newish group of players playing a new system that was always going to take time to bed in, yet despite this and having played three of the top four we are still only four points away from 6th place.

What part of what I posted wasn't fact?

The calendar year is a decent reflection of long term form & yours is poor.

Football is a results game & you've got one home win this season from 6 attempts, & that came against Reading.

Rodgers has gained less points than Hodgson did in his first 10 games.

Stop acting like a child, nobody even mentioned that. Ask yourself this, do you think it is unreasonable to think that liverpool will pick up more points in their next ten games than they have in the last ten?

Yes our long term results form is poor but our play is not , so how does that guarantee how results are going to go in the future?

Everton have drawn their last four games, does it mean they are not going to win again this season?

Things are not perfect at liverpool but to call people deluded etc for having a reasonable optimism based on the football they see is just pointless.

I didn't call you deluded mate & I also didn't say that you weren't playing some decent football.

I just think that you're being presumptious in somehow expecting results to improve, when your long term form hasn't delivered them.

You're woefully short up front & that won't be rectified until some point in Jan, at the minute your only real threat is coming from Suarez - who, fortunately for you, is in great form. If he stays fit & keeps scoring, you could well do better in the next 10 games, if he gets crocked or his from dips, you probably won't.
