Of course they are bitter, my club is heading towards relegationand all i hear is absolute crap about players needing to find their feet in the premier league. We need to move on from Hughes. Don't you think?

The most frustrating thing to me is that all the pundits are still saying that Hughes will get it right and that we'll be lower to mid table safe. They are also stating that Hughes is a fine manager and we just need a win.

Whilst I'm screaming, Our defence is more afraid of crosses than Dracula 15 mins before Sunrise at a Garlic crunching convention run by the Carmelite priests! - And we've got Stoke up next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And another frustration - How has the UK media bought into all these merry go round frankly crap and outdated "Managers"?

Thanks for the write up Judo. I also agree a lot with what you wrote, but also agree with Col's observation about 4 -4 -2 not working. In fact to play just 2 centrally in midfield is a disaster with the very dodgy back 4 we have. I'd go with something like Col's team, though Ferdinand wouldn't be in mine - M'bia when available but otherwise I'd play Clint in from of Ferdinand as CB any day.

Yeh, this is the most worrying thing for me. Hopefully it is just the normal words of support Chairmen give their Managers before they deliver the P45, and he'll be gone before we all go to bed tonight. We gotta be positive right!!!!

I suspect that is because he inherited NW but chose MH.

Not sure, but are you suggesting that Diakite had a poor game? If so, you were watching a different game to me.

Oslo....that was me showing Judo what the team on Sunday could have been. I'd also have M'Bia in for Ferdy and I'd be tempted to play Hill against Stoke.

Think we are thinking on the same lines. Are you not doing a write up this time? i always find them really good, especially the parts which describe the atmosphere in and around the ground.

I'l be over for the next 2 games - can't remember coming over for games with so little hope of a win before - but then it will be really, really something if we do get 2 wins!

Totally agree Hill should start against Stoke. He can actually win a header unlike Ferdinand.

Yes I was just thinking the same thing. We go on and on and on and on about the obvious formation but Leslie turns his blind eye every time. FFS nobody is playing 4-4-2 anymore and the best teams in the world would have problems playing that style, but he doesn't see it or he doesn't want to see it.

This is how i see it except for mbia in for ferdinand and harriman in for bosingwa . Ferdinand and Bosingwa should be paid off and replacements found in jan .

It will definately have to be Hill against Stoke as we are very poor in the air . Harriman impressed me the one runout he got and as you say cant be worse than Bosingwa .As an up and coming player i'd have thought at least he would put in a lot of effort . If he isn't good enough then why are the club keeping him. Also the lad from Pompey whose name i cant remember must be worth a go .
