Look, pick one or the other. If Adam had got the free kick it would have been equally soft, if Snodgrass had been booked for diving it would have been equally harsh. They were exactly the same. Yes, we got the rub of the green here, but we were reffed appallingly against you last year, so swings and roundabouts, and all told Adam well deserved a yellow, if not necessarily for the "going to ground easily".

Bear in mind also, that the rules for booking players for diving are complicated- Clattenberg can easily justify his booking of Torres- even if the player is touched, if they go down too easily, and make a meal of it, as Adam did, technically they can be found to have dive. It's a fine line.

Fact is, we were the better team and just beat you, so I don't see how you can complain all told.

Potter mouth, read my post. Whether he's touched or not doesn't preclude the ref from deciding its a dive.

There wasn't any force in Garrido's arm. At least I'm trying to find a middle ground here...:emoticon-0109-kiss:

That's right, way to go completely making something up- point to where I said you did complain? I didn't.

Also explain how any of my posts are in any way wrong.

Take off your Stoke tinted specs and realise that the ref made a judgement call on two very similar incidents which were right on the line of being fouls/dives and, unfortunately for you, those 50/50s went our way. The ref's decision on both of them was justifiable.

My only issue is that he wasn't consistent. Oh and that Adam was on the pitch for more than about 55 mins.

The card was officially given for 'unsporting behaviour'.

When he went down the first thing he did was grab the ball and pull it towards him as he assumed he was going to get the free kick. As the ref hadn't actually blown for anything and looked like he was going to wave play on he was given no choice but to book Adam. As has already been pointed out though, he was lucky to stay on the pitch. After he was booked he was spoken to about kicking the ball away, there was a blatant dive on the edge of the area near the start of the second half and the constant back chat to the ref.

Of course if it was given for diving, then it was probably because that was the third or fourth time he'd fallen over in the space of 25 minutes and the ref had probably had enough of it.

You did'nt say I complained Wonky did so apologies for that.

And Wonky, how on earth you can still (insist) it was a dive is beyond me... lucky or not Adam should not have been booked for that inccident IMO. If that's simulation then I need new rose tinted one's re Adam's booking. The fact he maybe/should have/was lucky to stay on the pitch has nothing to do with what we're talking about does it.

The ref thought otherwise and THAT is where I agree with Pulis. The rest of what Pulis said was bull**** tbh.

Strange how SUAREZ vs Stoke 2 weeks ago, falls over in the box and does not get booked. He's set marker and we're all suffering because of that. I've never had a grudge with Norwich fans, and I don't now.

    Good luck lads <ok>

Had HUTH done that on purpose, rest assured that Suarez would not be breathing, let alone standing up and showing a stud mark to the tv audience. And Suarez was not booked either was he?

Have to disagree with you there mate, yes Suarez does dive but Huth did stamp on his chest on purpose and was lucky Suarez's reputation for going down easy swayed the ref's decision.

That's the Stoke way. Thank God we only have to watch them twice a year.

I was being reasonable and serious when I said "IF Huth had done that on purpose" because I don't think he did. It was a red card(because there was contact) and a foot on his chest. But a full (stamp as in the whole foot with force)?? no way hosse.

But to say it was with intent to "hurt" is stupid. I've spoken to Huth, met him twice at the Brit. Corparate partys/meet the player's et. He's massive compared to Suarez and IF he really meant to injure/hurt/mame Suarez he could do just that. Built like a brick ****house so to speak.

Then I read you last comment. The Stoke way? Look at the fair play table. They don't lie as they say!

What exactly did you mean by the "Stoke way" ?
I'll get back on Sunday, If you want a debate with reasonable/balanced comments. Just interested in what (you think) is the Stoke way.

Well, I didn't say anything about 'the Stoke way', that was someone else, I only commented on you saying that Suarez would not be breathing if Huth meant it. Strange comment, that's all.

I'm really not here to fight with any Potter, just didn't like that comment is all. Enjoy the rest of your season. <ok>
