Radamel Falcao or Thiago Silva. Would you buy one of these 2 players thus spending all the transfer money for the next 3 transfer windows and who would you pick?

Ignore them Pirate, they are ultra tense and liable to lash out wildly.

Thiago Silva, immense player as Milan are now learning to their cost.

I understand, maybe it's not the time for this kind of threads. Anyway I couldn't believe that Milan sold him. It was more shocking that the sale of Ibrahimović. They surely regret it. He was a true successor of Nesta.

I lived in Milan for 4 years before you were born, during the Gullit, Van Basten, Rijkaard era, was a season ticket holder, went to 2 European Cup finals. They have a long line of truly world class defenders - Baresi, Maldini, Costacurta, Nesta, Thiago......until now, and they are suffering for it. Plus selling Pirlo....to Juve FFS!

I'm so jealous of you. I don't really like Italian teams at all and especially I'm not fond of Milan, but being able to watch those great players sure is a privilege. And good point about midfield maestro Pirlo. Berlusconi sure did some sh**ty jobs lately.

Different world back then mate. Arrigo Sacchi, though quite insane, had revolutionized Italian football through deciding to attack and recruiting supremely talented and intelligent players. Berlusconi, though obviously a crook, was yet to launch his political 'career', and he didn't interfere with the team too much. It was a privilege to watch them.

I think they are average players, I would settle for Messi and Ronaldo

Falcao would be fantastic. There'd also be thousands of kids wearing hooped shirts with his name on thus cementing a future generation of fans.

I put Falcao and Silva because the most problems we have are with our CBs and strikers. This was just a thread to see your thoughts on their ability to help us in our situation and would you accept just one player in 2 years. You really don't have to tell me that these 2 will not sign for a relegation battling club. That much I know myself.

To be honest, from where we are sitting on the ladder, probably neither at this point of time ............ I'm was thinking of either B1 or B2 from Bananas In Pyjamas but still can't decide which one?
The last thing we want to do is give MH any more hard decisions to make!
I'm sure TF would welcome them both, regardless of whether they would benefit the team at present or in the future.

El Pirata..for thos who dont know...maybe you should explain....

Tell them what type of player he is, how plays, how he'd fit the prem...etc...

Few on here question Granero, because they know nothing about La Liga...

They have been found out now and need educating from a man with much more credibility than me ?!!
Let them know ......El Pirata
