I'm going to guess not. My interpretation is that only those who run in Q3 have to, that would fit with the Mercedes, FI, etc, sometimes choosing to not run in Q3 to get the choice of tyres. Vettel will have free choice as he never qualified. Come on, Raikkonen to win tomorrow, Alonso to close the gap and Vettel to not score. Let's get back to a 3 horse race.

Valid point? @alex_wurz Looking at the top speeds of RedBull/Vettel maybe race will be too hard. Change gear ratios and start from pitlane? Nothing to lose, he's already at the back of the grid!
