Just looked at league table and noticed that after game on Monday we would have played 8 out of the 9 top teams in the league in 10 games so maybe we should be more optimistic for the rest of season and believe staying up is more than possible
I thought the vast majority said let's judge after 10 games ? If they were in the bottom 10 would we all then want him out because of other teams league positions ?
The thing that bugs me is, we keep making teams look world class. Take Everton, they looked brilliant, Arsenal with their six, Spurs come & visit us & we are not to down hearted because its the Hotpur. But then a week passes & you watch other teams play them on their own terms & win. Just a bit disheartening. If your going to beat us, at least have the respect to beat our rivals.
There is a reason for that , with expected bias people think their football team is actually better than it is . Everton are a good side , Swansea pushed Chelsea all the way , Wigan also deserved to beat Spurs .
I have always stated until the end of this month as then it's beyond doubt whether he should stay or go .
No but it shows we have had a baptism of fire even harder than first thought, I actually agree with a lot of what you say as I feel you play the devils advocate and take emotion out of it ,but you have to accept we have had the hardest possible start to the season
All the other teams have to play them , we lost to Spurs and Wigan who deservedly beat Spurs today , I think we are looking for a comfort blanket with our fixtures to be honest .
You can't make a judgment on a manager having just played the teams we have.... Just typifies how much of a moron you are. No doubt you'll mention Wigan and Fulham but you can't expect to eat every team in this league, even if they're teams around us.
To express my distaste that every thread goes exactly the same way. Someone posts something looking for positives, in comes gomarchingin with "so you are is trying to say your happy with being 19th ? when will people realise that this team is going down hill . i said it from the start we spent in wrong places ." blah blah ****ing blah. Utterly pointless.

Why do you make it seem like you're the driving force behind the forum's activity? This place was fine, probably more active, before you crawled out from your little hole. What would putting you on ignore do? Instead of seeing your arguments with every single member of the forum, I'd just see one member arguing with posts I can't see. Doesn't stop threads getting derailed.

If we had played the bottom 8 and been in this position then I would be saying Adkins is not up to it , I am pointing out that we have had the hardest start possible and surely Adkins deserves a little more time to improve the league position , as for comment about a thread is a waste of time is surely harsh as this is a forum which means discussion so if you don't think it's worth joining don't ,move on not put personal comments , I don't agree with lots of views on here but they are other peoples views not mine to rubbish but the discuss and debate the point

Here , here . I agree but how long would you give him if the results and performances continued like this ? I think it's fair to access after the Norwich game of where we are at and we are likely to go , if we lose on Monday I won't be too disheartened but I will be if we roll over and let them tickle our bellys .
