I actually hated the fact RVP did not celebrate his goal. Players who love and respect our club do that not ****s like RVP. If he loves or respects the club like he pretends to then, why release that statement, you ****?
When our front line is Arshavin-Giroud-Walcott we get goals. We either need to sign another tricky Arshavin type winger or give him more game time.
Santos wasn't bad and in the 2nd half he started playing well, though he needs to improve his crossing (Giroud might have nicked a goal if he did)
Jack Wilshere Red card more than appropriate. He could have got the second yellow for the foul on RVP but got a warning just like Cleverly got but Ferguson was the only one smart enough to take his man off. Giroud may need time but he is lacking. Pod has to start up front as he is mostly wasted on the wing. Theo has to start. Mannone has come on leaps and bounds as a GK as good as Ches has been for us. The tragic thing about Wilshere's sending off, is that we could have taken him off IF we had the players to bring on. This is why not buying another midfielder was an idiotic move. We had to keep Jack on the pitch.
I don't know why some of you are complaining about Cleverly not getting sent off. I paid attention to how both of them were being treated, and they both received identical treatment, then, Cleverly was subbed off, and Wilshere made another silly challenge. They had both had about 2 warnings and a yellow card at that point.
Honestly to be honest Wenger had faith that Wilshere should have been smarter about not getting a 2nd yellow. I mean other players got yellows. Wilshere was probably told to calm down and lashed out in frustration.
