Gomarchingin I do agree we probably wouldn't have gone up without Lambert. He has been unbelievable for us past few seasons. Strikers like Lambert aren't easy..infact impossible to find at that level

I didn't say Lambert wasn't important, it's his dismissal of everything else that is madness. Nigel's preparation for each game was fantastic.
Just out of interest how much money do you think we are getting for this year to spend? I'm sure you aren't suggesting we do a Leeds and mortgage out on future seasons money? So how much? And then how do you see that split between transfer fees, wages for the new signings, facilities redevelopment, wage increases for existing squad members following promotion? I think you have a good point about who the money has been invested in (as do a number of others) but struggle to see how you can suggest they haven't invested enough?
We spent it in the wrong places at the very very least , we needed top class defenders , we all know that and that is what I believe will costs Adkins his job . If we did not get the right players there is no other word to use than failure .
