Gillingham 3 - 1 ********** (Whelpdale, Strevens, Montrose) I think the team will have to be based on the contracted squad as it's usual for loan players not to be allowed to play in cup ties. Whilst that might nominally weaken the team a little I think that we'll be too much for S... sorry, the opposing team. Bit surprised that no progress has been made since last year when I first encountered the asterisk situation. I can fully understand the 'no swearing' policy, but not being able to type the name of a team rather highlights the issue. Surely someone somewhere can put a bit of code into the system that would allow the offending 4 letters to be shown providing they are preceeded with an 'S' and followed by 'horpe'. Mind you I think I propsed that last year, so it's obviously not considered to be a matter of priority.
I see this as the first and last game in the Cup then concentrate on the league or a big result and go on a great cup run and a further strong push in the league as well to show what a strong team we have. forgot to vote last week so on to today.
