Forster Lustig Ambrose Wilson Izzy Commons Kayal Wanyama Ledley Hooper Watt I'd take a draw right now.
Dundee United where awful the other night , Celtic should horse them... however, more worried about injuries with Houston's Hackers loose!
I think they'll be hurting and want to prove a point. If he plays Daly at centre half again, I'd be happy. The big man looks like a nightmare to play against (up front).
Chico went to Canadia to tell awra Bares there wiz gonnae be a tie in with the Cowboys..... The good people of Dallas knew hee haw about it.
I posted the Chuckles comment on one of the threads on the Rangers board. He claimed when he was in Canada that he had almost secured a commercial tie-in with the Dallas Cowboys, setting up an academy in Dallas, joint sponsorship deals etc. It was printed in every newspaper, RM had two threads about it (now pulled ). Someone has finally thought to ask the Cowboys about this. It's yet another ruse to get people to buy shares (in this case, North American fans) and it's yet another in a long line of whoppers. Say cheerio to any money you ever gave this guy. Still, at least he sticks up for you and fights your corner, eh?
I agree Trevor, three dodgy bastards in a row owning your lot , two before death and liquidation and the third attempting to rise again. Failure, Failure, gone before Easter. Only Ally knows the answer, to what happens next ? Or does he !!!
Yes Trevor. Please take this in the spirit it is intended. What we have right now was always going to happen. Anyone who didn't see it wasn't looking hard enough or critically enough. Liquidation, formation of a new club and starting again from the 3rd was a no brainer. Charles Green is selling you exactly what you want to be sold. He has done very well to herd you all along together. Fragmenting of the support was less likely but still a possibility. I asked before this happened whether or not you might have been better conceding ground altogether and letting go of the brand, ground and all the trappings and starting again "in the tradition" of Rangers. I still feel that long term that would have suited you but I completely understand why collectively you took the option you did. Presented with "Rangers" and Ibrox you were always going to take it (and so would anyone). So whilst he is a straight talkin' Yorkshire crook. You now have no choice but to go with it. The share issue will fail and Green et al can blame it on the people that made it fail.....scare-mongers like the London Times, BBC etc. I don't expect he will blame you for not taking up the issue but guaranteed he is gonna **** you. The only thing to do is suck it up and hope what is left can be salvaged. The damage is already done.
It shows how desperate the fans were to believe the club can be saved that they took the incredible step from initially mistrusting Green to now seemingly being completely taken in by him. One really does have to empathise with decent fans who have been sucked into the quagmire through their misplaced devotion to a club which has fleeced them and is continuing to try to do so at every opportunity.
I don't think they are all sucked in, their is a noisy lot that have but most fans are just going along with it as it all they have.
I doubt very many of them actually believe it. The share offer will prove that. As for feeling sorry for them? Not for me. i am unable to discern who is part of the "I hope they all go to the wall without us" crew and the rest of them...... in fact, I don't even know if there is a rest of them.
Biggus Diccus Any result is possible tomorrow but really I wouldn't accept at this stage anything less than a win. If we are two goals down with only a minute or two of the 90 left I might then settle for a draw. Celtic's success has always came about by the team and fans insatiable desire to accept nothing less than a win. Espania, I used to think very highly of you and respect your views, but I have to day that I am beginning to doubt you have lost your marbles. You speak of decent Rangers fans, can you name any? I can't and I live a lot closer to the Ibrox den than I think you do. In my opinion "decent Rangers fans" are so scarce they are a protected breed. It is almost the best example of an oxymoron that there is to be found "decent Rangers fans". If you know some decent Rangers fans maybe you could ask them to condemn the sectarian and inflamatory language which their new owner uses.
