How do we see this one going? Swansea are playing pretty well recently and did really well to beat Liverpool 3-1 at Anfield on Wednesday. Both clubs are coming into this game on the backs of two great wins in the Capital One Cup. I was very confident about this game a few weeks ago but the Swans did well at Man City and well at Anfield. We need to continue what we have been doing before the defeats to United and Shakhtar and I'm sure we can get a result. We have to watch out for Michu who looks to be on real form and their counter attacking could cause us problems. The game at the Liberty Stadium is a complete sell out from both sets of fans so it promises to be a great atmosphere and lets hope it is a cracking game too. I'm going to go for Swansea 1 -2 Chelsea <ok>

It'll be tight but we have to be winning games like this to be serious contenders.

I was looking at the team last night and I think Mata will be rested for Shahktar which is as important as Swansea. I was thinking Marin would start last night but now I am sure he'll start on the left v Swansea.
If I was RDM I would consider keeping Azpi in the team too and resting Luiz by moving Ivan in the middle.

We can't take them lightly but have to consider the CL game too.

Bucks, are you still up for a pint on saturday? A few of us are meeting up and you'll be made to feel welcome. After seeing a 5-4 and a 7-5 this week I reckon it'll be 6-6 and because it's always bloddy raing in Swansea we will win on the duckworth lewis method

I wouldn't worry to much about Shakhtar in midweek. Were at home and we rarely struggle in the CL at home, so I would expect no real change to the starting 11 who took on the 12 of United, against Swansea this weekend.

Their home form isnt impressive, but they are full of surprises--just ask Brendan Rodgers! We need to put out the strongest side possible(no JT, Lamps or Branna) and fight to the death . i.e another show like yesterday!

Erm yeah we should be... as I said I am going up with my old man... We live just outside High Wycombe and plan to leave home at about 10am. It should take about 3 hours so we aim to get there for 1pm... If you message me your number and tell me what pub and roughly where it is, I'll get back to you but it sounds a plan <ok>

The one thing it will be is a good game as you know neither team does hoofball. Your boys will be favourites and rightly so but I think we;ll give you a decent game

Will do mate, you are driving then?

Whatever you dont take the first turning off you see for Swansea, it takes you into the city centre. You need to turn off at junction 45, stay in the left lane and take the 2nd left heading on a dual carraigeway (A4067) Just follow the road for about 3 miles, you will go straight through one roundabout and then later on a set of lights, stay in left lane and just after the lights going straight you will drive past and see the stadium on the left , you cant miss it mate.
parking is a pain, though keep driving in the left lane (stadium is on your left) and when you get to the main roundabout turn left (you cant miss all this) and head down the road towards Morrison's and there is a park and ride opposite which is a few mins walk to the ground. I'd leave before 10 if I was you though as it does get congested by the stadium closer to kick off

I will pm you my number though but in the pub I'm the handsome one :bandit:

click on notifications, then inbox pops up and click on it. I have pm'd you and my numers there mate. If all else fails there is a park and ride just off junction 46, but its about 10 mins to the stadium from there. If you do go there and it might be an idea to do so as there's less traffic turn off at junction 46 and follow the road it's easy.

I thought it was just 1 game for him as there was no violent conduct.

Luiz is out as he has 5 yellow cards.... Looks like an Azpilicueta, Ivan, Cahill, Cole/Bertrand back line
