Your attitude to some people on this site is unreal - who do you think you are ? I may not agree with all that Saint Kitch or GMI have to say either but it is their thoughts & opinions about Saints and they are worth every bit as much as yours. And as for questioning the amount of posts people make - well you must be on here all day everyday as you post plenty, and much of it is high & mighty arrogance such as your post above when anybody other than your little clique of buddies make a point. I'm sorry I've offended you, but you misunderstand. It's not thoughts and opinions I have a problem with, it's this presentation of opinions as facts. To say that (to paraphrase) "Andy Crosby is a useless coach and anyone who thinks otherwise is wasting their time watching football" is offensive and absurd. There are no grounds to say that Crosby is a poor coach, in fact his track record over his time at Scunthorpe and previously with us suggests the exact opposite, that he's actually quite a good coach. To say something so speculative and tell people who disagree with it that they are basically mentally deficient is far more arrogant than anything I have said here. I'm afraid I don't have a clique of buddies, I don't know anyone on this board personally and frankly I don't even remember the names of the vast majority of people on here well enough to form a relationship of any kind! If you have the impression people are ganging up against you it's because we have all decided independently that you're objectionable. In other words, it's not us, it's you.
You write like a school kid - other people can write their opinions in any manner they wish, and dont need you pulling them up after every post. Right then.... back on topic. Said a while ago that if we can't bring in any playing staff to improve the defence then we need to bring in another coach who can improve what we have. Alan Hanson has a field day with our defending every week on MOTD and just picks out basic defensive flaws which I think would be easily coached. He often highlights the space in behind our left back position so a good coach would surely be able to spot that also and put things in place to rectify it. Would Dodd be worth a shout from the youth team?
Worth a shout but maybe if Dodd stepped up it would stand on people's toes , I for one am not concerned about pride at all if a job is not being done correctly so maybe they are thinking the same way . The gap that's always seems to be present when Fox plays is partially Lallanas fault as he strays inside so Fox has to cover , never thought I would be sticking up for Danny Fox !

It would be a laugh as it seems so boring and sterile round St Marys , too polite , Mark Dennis and Franny as defensive coaches , Hurlock and Case for the midfield , Channon and Worthington will work for the forwards , we could also have Steele and O'Neill as the entertainment and fan/club liason officers .
PTF, I completely agree with you. I'd be willing to bet that should we win against west brom, GMI and the other wums will hardly post a thing here, if at all. I'd also be willing to bet that had we won every game so far, his wumming would be based on us losing Adkins to a bigger club. As someone else has said, how one person can be allowed to ruin this forum for everyone else is beyond me.

...aw diddums - can't handle someone illustrating what a wum you are? I HAVE looked through the archive. Post after post after post after post from you complaining that we didn't buy enough defenders in the summer, as if you are the sole repository of knowledge and have intimate knowledge of all the deals that were discussed - and complaining that we didn't spend enough even though we were one of the highest spenders in Europe. And as soon as we lose, you are on here moaning almost immediately. This forum is simply a replacement of the worst days of 606 (despite its name) - a great pity as it could be much better.
As has been said before defending starts at the front. When we go on the attack we use(like others) our backs as another source of attack. The trouble at times is that we have too many forward and nobody covering the runs. With more protection our defence would look a lot better than at present.
