There were a few empty seats that night against Lille, I agree. Some of the capacity was down to the camera locations and segregation, shaving about 3k off the attendance, and the rest were probably due to us going to Old Trafford 3 days later, and they would rather save their money for that trip rather than waste ã40 watching the B team in the Europa League. There were also a small band of supporters who were not going to games until TH&GG left. So there were a lot of reasons why the attendance wasn't what it should be, it wasn't just a case of people turning up because they couldn't be bothered.
Yeah I was thinking that, You would have a lot more fans at the game if it was the full team out there or a Champions League game.
Well if you were in the same competition and not putting out full teams and not really putting the highest effort into it I doubt you would be getting sell outs.
We are absolutely gash up front we all know that and it showed again today of what we need to do in the summer , Liverpool deserved the win fair and square but our weakness upfront has to be pointed towards that greedy ba$tard carroãã leaving us the way he did and he got what he deserved today .
