Signature help (off topic)

Anyone who has a bit of nous with computers and forums?

Basically I was looking for a better signature or avatar and as you can see in this thread http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/43367-QPR-Punishment/page5 Northolt-QPR has a pretty cool rotating QPR badge .gif in his signature. I found a newcastle version of the same type here http://www.nutrocker.co.uk/images/60x60/3d_soccer_uk/90x90newcastle-united.gif

However, when I try and upload as a signature pic it tells me the remote file size is too large. So is there any way of manipulating the file to allow it to fit onto my signature or avatar?

 

As he's a mod I think his signature limits are a lot higher than ours or non-existent. We're only allowed a 9.8kb image maximum, his is 73kb.

 

Instead of uploading to this site: Save it and upload it to www.imageshack.us. Once uploaded, copy the 'Forum Link' that it gives you and paste it into your signature box. Then delete the bottom line that says something like Click here for Imageshack or something.

Edit - your link doesnt work, but if the above fails, I don't mind trying to compress it for you... you just need to find a working link for it first.

 

Someone on here (Toon_Tiger?) has that 'boom boom cheik the room' avatar gif. He might be able to help you.

The code from imageshack doesn't seem to be working as it is in code whereas to upload an image the site asks for a URL. maybe im just not doing it right
