Im sorry but for me mon time is up, i dont think its fair that me and thousand of other fans that are paying good money and traveling the country to watch utter boring, unambitious defensive football, i no other fans will disagree and say we have only lost one in the league against the champions and now one in the league cup but its the way we are playing, i was at the home game against Wigan and even then it was just so boring and in my opinion Wigan looked the better team and if it wasnt for mingelot and them getting 1 sent off we could of easily of lost that game! So why with such talented players going forward are we not even testing the oppositions keeper?

From a fans point of view this is where i think the problems lay, James Maclean is not good enough, his second touch is always a tackle he has one trick up his sleeve which is to drop his shoulder and go inside which is so easy for the right back to mark because going inside he is never going to be a threat, so why does mon like him so much??

I think its because he will run through a brick wall if he had to, he gives 100% everygame and defensively hes pretty good! For me i would like to see maclean dropped to the bench and put AJ out there someone who will beat a man, can deliver a lovely cross and is all in all a dangerous player going forward, put seb on the right with sess and fletch up top. Also take colback out and put gards along side catts in the middle. Its hard to see it now but on paper we have a very dangerous team going forward but mon is so scared of losing he would rather put 2 work horses in the middle a sunday league player on the left, AJ on the right with nothing for him to aim at as fletch normally has 2 players marking him and sess floating with again no one to play with when he turns! All in All ONEIL OUT!! im losing interest in watching my beloved Sunderland and its all down to you!!

I can see your point, but dont be so hasty, he needs time, the rest of the season to be judged.

MoN is a top manager so deserves a chance to put it right

he has got the whole of November to change it round, if its still the same by then he needs to go

if that is the case it has to be Redknapp for me, he would get the best out of our current lot by using the tactics he used at Spurs, if he wouldn't come then Roberto Martinez, going to be a top, top manager if not him then god knows, time to go abroad and find someone young and full of idea's like Laudrupp has at Swansea.

In the past when things have started to go wrong we have hung on & hung on to managers in the hope things will turn around, it never has, hopefully Ellis Short will realise this & make the change before we are relegated

    P 34 W 10 D 14 L 10 44 Points from 34 Games is his record for us

Class is permanent and form is temporary isn't that what they say - but 44 from 34 (effectively a season with 4 games left) isn't bad!! Just that current form is terrible

yes but its not like we are getting unlucky in games.. we were very lucky to beat wigan, and scraped a few lucky draws.. which will soon start turning into loses.

How many times lately have we had such a high points total with 4 to play? Win them all and it could be Europe!

We send out the wrong signal if we constantly part company with managers. It's not M'ON. Its his passionless players.
