Great match. It overtakes Man City's result at Spurs as one of the best comebacks in the League Cup history. Bradford have beaten Wigan- Matt Duke hero for Bratfurd, saved a penalty.
How mad was that? That's why football is the biggest sport in the world and so it should be. Still wish Reading had won though.
all I can say is a massive thank you to both sets of players for one of the most exciting games of football I've ever seen.. it wasn't nerve-wrecking as City weren't in it but drama and goals galore.. defending went out the window..that Martinez one of the worst Arsenal keepers I've ever seen came out on the winning side says everything for Walcott and co.. yeah Bradford City, feel sorry for them in a strange way!! fair dos to the Bantams too.. night everyone..
So do I. But knockout cup footy is unbeatable for excitement. Why you'd want to not put your best side out when the quarters are next is beyond me.
Perhaps it's a Micky Mouse cup and the better clubs play their reserves against the smaller clubs accordingly?

Not only are their first eleven demoralised but now the rest of their squad is. Saints are nowhere near good enough to change their entire 11 and expect to beat any 1st choice team in our league.
Reminded me of the city v whitby game in the fa cup, still got the game on vhs somewhere, must get it transferred to dvd so I can watch it again.
Well I had to go out and watched it up to 3-0 and expected when I can back it would have been a Reading win, couldn't believe the final score when I saw it.
It was the FA Cup, do you mean last cup game where there were 12 goals? Not sure Whitby have ever qualified for the League cup.
