I feel better about the Villa game than I did about tonight TBH. Boro had won their last 4 on the trot and if we'd won we'd have been in the quarter finals of a cup. That would have meant getting excited and that leads to the inevitable poke in the eye for us NE fans. At least Villa are reliably ****, so if we don't beat them we know we're in trouble.
There was about a thousand supporters waiting to £15 to watch that, i tell you Short etc may as well get out as he and the rest of are amatures, we are back to the Murray days again, and i won't be there to watch garbage next season.
I can face getting beat of the Smoggies, am close friends with some of em....... but again ...... it's the manner of the gutless defeat that feckin narks !! If any team scores against us, we simply will NOT win. I cannot see where the next goal is coming from, let alone the next brace !!
