This may not work too well, but let's try and make a list of all the CURRENT grounds in the country (all 92) and place them in order of worst to best.... Could be a long thread

One of the worst I have been too is Hereford, and our own isn't exactly brilliant. Ashton Gate is falling apart but at least they have cover and a few seats.

Huddersfield's ground was lovely IMO, Blackburn could have done with more work, though it's been quite some times since my last visit there. Cardiff's is quite nice and tidy. Orient's isn't great, Yeovil is horrible, Bournemouth was nice except it was missing a side last time I went (not sure if this is still the case?) Wycombe is a bit odd, and needs work, Shrews new ground is tidy little ground, Crewe's is decent. Some I have seen on tv etc but haven't been to so can;t really say for sure, but Arsenals is a belter and I have heard it is great too, Newcastle's I really like for some reason, Chelsea looks alright, Man Utd obviously is a ****hole <whistle>

    Add yours here!

We will try to categorize them and place them in groups, and then work out which is worse or better than the others. Size, style, looks and anything else should all be taken into account with this, but bigger doesnt mean better ;)

lol chris, your in charge of this mate as im tired just thinking about getting it in order <laugh>

are we counting old stadiums or ones that are currently used? swanseas old stadium was a dump and brightons old stadium before they moved to the hockey stadium.

EDIT i just seen you said current threads. saying current in big block caps as well <laugh> but i can counter my stupidity with yours chris saying 92 league clubs then mention hereford <laugh>

Yeah it will be hard to sort through it all, but if it takes off im sure most of the others will be able to help out as it will be based on all of our opinions ;)

Rotherham have a nice ground, Crewe have a decent one and so do Fleetwood, and Rovers play in an ok-ish Rugby ground :)

lets get it going then. may be easier to get it into league tables such as prem, campionship, league 1 / 2.

the mem is league 2 standard.
    ashton is league 1 standard.
    arsenal is prem standard.
    west brom is championship standard.
    bolton is prem standard.

i say start at sorting out the prem standards stadiums 1st as easier. everyone get involved in picking what we think is prem standard stadiums and once 20 is selected then number them in order 1 -20. that leaves just 72 left to go.
then do the same for the championship. select 24 stadiums from the remaining 72 and then number them in order 1 - 24. once thats done you got 1 - 44 and 48 left to do and thats when it gets hard as most are crap <laugh>

Been to many grounds but not Manure or Arsenals so can't comment on them
Liverpools is nice even got cells with CCTV looking at the pitch<whistle>
Really enjoyed Leicester's still got atmosphere even though new.
Like CJS Said the Vetchfield is a ****hole but Liberty stadium nice.
Ricoh is really good but way to big for Cov at the moment
    Majedski nice.
    Pride park no atmosphere.
Burnley and. Barnsley like AG old but theirs is worse.
Enjoyed Villa Park and the Hawthorns.
Hated the old Wigan ground was it fellows park or something like that, but worse I have been to is non league grounds now.
    Hereford and Cambridge
Not been to Newcastles but told that the stand you always see on TV is not a true reflection of the ground.

So best apart from Millenium which I rate more than Wembley
    Leicester's
    Worse still in the league
Orient's when I went could be different now?

One ground if you get a replay against Sheffield United is a cracking atmosphere you will enjoy that one <ok>

We not including Wembley? But the worst ground I've been to is Hereford, but I actually liked Boltons ground more than Newcastles and have it (except Wembley and arsenals) as the best stadium I've been too :)

AFC Wimbledon - last week - the terracing is crap ... and Crawley last season was pretty dire - about the same as the results! St. Marys had a lasting memory for me
