we need to bring this back for a win to shut up all the drongos on here. Who the hell is that goalie.
72 guests Anyway. Get Chamakh off, bring on Giroud. Give Arshavin 15 mins, if he hasn't done anything, swap him for Eisfeld. Get Jenkinson further up the pitch and push Gnabry further forward too. We've got two DMs playing in MF at the moment and there's nothing creative going on. I hope Wenger and Bould are giving them a rocket at HT
oh dear... Walcott is the most overrated piece of **** one trick pony player that has ever played for this club. Get over him. He has always only scored in joke games like these. Even last season out of all his goals only 1 came in a well contested game. Tired to go through them again. Against a team defending (which 99% do against Arsenal), playing with him is playing with a man down.
I ws in disbelief watching that first half - im sure this thread has been a loely place to be! Noticed the comments about theo and then laughed alot at the comments when he scored! He is clinical infront of goal. Say what you like but he can finish. And the ball from Arshavin is exactly why he is playing. It was perfectly weighted and into theos path for him to take it and run straight at goal. When Arshain plays he will make or score goals. Some of his passing has been a little off, but we need to play through him more and he will open them up. Chamakh off, Giroud on. Eisfield on for one of coq or frimpong - the idea behind them both playing must be to give arshavin the leasure of staying forward, but neither of them is being creative enough, they look slow and there passing has been rubbish.
@gent - off the top of my head Theo scored in both the Chelsea and Tottenham games last season so thats more than the 1 game you credit him with. Theo actually score ltos of his goals and has his best performances against the big teams. You must be watchign a different player - it's in the normal games he doesn't always turn up.
1 decent game in 10 is Arsenal standard I take it? The guy has been with the club for 7 (SEVEN) ****ing years. He has always been sub-par with an occasional fluke brilliant performance. And absolutely anonymous, sprint-to-nearest-defender-and-bounce waste of a player in the rest of the games.
Koscielney has been absolutely dreadful again. Wenger needs to make changes ASAP (Saying that though he'll probably wait til the 65th minute like always)
you can search for my longer post on him, I can't be bothered to even argue about him any more. this player would have been out of this club ages ago if Wenger hadn't invested so much hype and pride in him. Never been anything but sub-par.
You clearly don't watch Arsenal much. The dude has terrified ****ing Barcelona BARCELONA FFS. Walcott can be very deadly and is a very useful player to have.
Him being at the club for seven years has no link to how he should be performing. He was 16 when he arrived, he is only just older than our other youth players and he has been one of our most productive players over the last couple of seasons.
people need to stop going on like we are to good to for the league cup realistically there only 4 cups to win in Arsenal case there only 1 the league cup we should try to win it. ok thats our season gone we might win some games and play ok but thats it for our season. ps the game not over so hopefully the next 45min the Arsenal of old can come out to play!
@The Bear - Kosc has had a few poor moments but ha otherwise cleared most things up at the back. Djourou scares the hell out of me though.... He has been rubbish and for someone so huge he seems so weak.
