Agree but can't see it. I reckon at least three or four youngsters will get a go. TBF we can't afford any more injuries!
Simon Peach reporting that Saints statement to the press says that the incident involving Boruc is being investigated and severe sanctions are now being considered. Boruc will be given a decision on his future at Saints before the end of the week. Peach's Tweets:
please log in to view this image This is what i'd like to see, JWP in a playmaker role with Cork and Morgan slightly deeper to break up the play and feed him. From what i've seen of JWP is he has extremely quick feet and sees a pass early and I would like to see what he can do without the burden of defending too much. If we can feed the front 3 early, I could see us causing Leeds plenty of problems, with Mayuka's pace and Lallana's trickery. I wouldn't mind Rickie starting but feel that JayRod's confidence could be high after scoring on Sunday, bring Rickie on if we need a goal.
Being reported by SSN now, as breaking news on TV: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11700/8210714/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
My team for tonight: Davis Clyne (Frazer if fit) Hooiveld Yoshida Shaw Cork Ward-Prowse Mayuka Lallana Puncheon Rodriguez
Ok, SKD to start, come to think of it, he is probably the last person Warnock would want to see on the pitch after his heroics at Elland Road last season!
I expect most of Sunday's team to be out. Don't care Clyne Yoshida Hooiveld Reeves Ward-Prowse Chaplow De Ridder Guly Mayuka Rodriguez
Didn't think Boruc would be a good signing. Think Gazzaniga would be a great number one as he is young and hungry
I would go if players fit avis or Gazza Butterfield (Clyne)-Seaborne -Hooiveld-Shaw or Reeves Guly-Cork-JWP-Chaplow Lee-Mayuka Can't see many that played on sun featuring especially as we have a good line up here. Leeds will be a tough tough game especially at their place,
The website says there "will be a healthy follwoing at Leeds tonight". I've got a bit of a sore throat, is anyone else going feeling ok? Maybe they meant we have sold a few tickets?
Just been on sky bet saints sunderland and villa to win is 10-1 all playing lower league teams. sunderland home to middlesborough and villa away to swindon. Seems like decent odds so stuck £25 on.
