Hard to see past Vettel for this one, I think he would've walked it last year if his tyre hadn't burst, that said it has some very fast straights that could play into the Ferrari's hands. Once again the McLaren will be the enigma, can it get both sets of tyres working well?
Assuming theres no drastic changes to the cars then this is Vettels race. I may get shouted at for this but I to would like it if someone, anyone, could challenge Vettel for the lead and give us a good fight.
Surely it has to be Vettel, a vote for anyone else is desperately wishful thinking! Of course, I'd desperately love to see a "surprise this".
It would mix things up if Alonso gave it to him.... Anyway. Schumacher is to keep the Monaco Gp Silver Arrow as a gift from Mercedes. With all the reliablilty issues, they probably want it as far away from Lewis as possible Oct.28 (GMM/Inautonews.com) After contesting his 309th and final grand prix in Brazil late next month, Michael Schumacher will keep his ‘Silberpfeil’. Bild am Sonntag newspaper said Mercedes will give the W03 ‘Silver Arrow’ to the great seven time world champion as a parting gift, before he makes room at the team for Lewis Hamilton in 2013. The German newspaper said the ‘step nose’ single seater is worth about EUR 1 million. Asked which Mercedes he would choose for his private collection, Schumacher answered: “Definitely the one for Monaco.” He is referring to the car in which he topped qualifying earlier this year, even though he did not actually start the race from pole due to a grid penalty. But doesn’t he think Mercedes’ 2012 car is too ugly for his prized and priceless collection? Schumacher admits: “Visually, because of the bend in the nose, it does take some getting used to!” ------ Also who will be the number 7 car next year? Kimi having it would make my season already.
Ferrari will struggle. I can't see them doing better than 5th. Red Bull should easily win, but if anyone has a chance of stopping Vettel, it's Hamilton - so I've voted for him. Forza Lewis!!!
No no no! RBR will be the ones to struggle, Ferrari will dominate this GP. They have that massive base after all!
