Got to be the worse car out there now. Torro-Rosso and Williams are better at the moment, putting aside the back three.
It's a shambles. Money really means nothing.

Hard to believe the car was actually quite good at the start. With a little bit more reliability on Schumachers car they could have left Monaco second in the constructors championship. Where did it all go so horribly wrong.

why? bvecause they beat Schumacher? lol. No where near the worst car out there, it might look like it in Schumachers hands, but they rarely beat Rosberg unless he gets involved in an accident.

He's exagerating with Toro Rosso but he's right about the rest look at the last race.

Rosberg was beaten by a Force india, Both williams were faster and one eventually passed him, Perez was ahead of him before he screwed up his race. He ended the race holding up Di Resta and about 4 seconds ahead of Ricciardo. The car is embarrassing from a company as big as Mercedes. They're worse than Toyota.

I'm sure if you look at the results through the season you'll find those cars mentioned have beaten ferrari's, McLarens and red bulls, FFS the Williams won a race, ESMC is just grasping at straws so his **** icon doesn't look so ****.

Because I only just saw the post back then saying that Lewis admitted he was coasting while Seb was pushing like crazy, that at the time McLaren would of likely ended up with 1st and 3rd before the gearbox went up in smoke.

That and Webber scored no points...

They could have, to say they may have lost a hefty points tally in the 5 races that there was a mechanical issue. But then again that is a assuming he would have finished in the spot where he retired.

    Will you next year?

Get a grip Miggins, you are deteriorating.

Yeah I kind of was to be fair, Torro Rosso were a challenge for Mercedes in Korea and Japan and that is about it. There were some good qualifying slots in the wet in Silverstone and Hockenheim but that wasn't much use when it dried out in the race.

Well he wouldn't have done if he had a reliable car Miggins, "**** icon?"... How old are you seriously. Grow up.

--> Julius, I would assume that the other teams caught up and came up with better ideas, Mercedes stuck with the DDRS, and that was their only party trick, which only really worked in Qualifying.
China was a hotspot on their tyres which worked really well. And Monaco suited the car well, the drivers did well round there to extract the maximum also.

yawn, mercedes wouldn't be so far back if they had a reliable driver either. Rosberg got taken out in the previus 2 races at the start, both while running in the top 6, not my idea of the worst car by a looong stretch. Schumacher has had enough unforced errors this season, 3 even before the lights went green in Hungary.

At least there will be a driver of a known quality in the Mercedes next year, I'm not really sure how good Rosberg is anymore. I'm not saying he's bad, its just I have no idea <laugh>

I find myself agreeing with Forza about your "best car" labelling, Silver. I'm sure you've tried to be objective but I agree with Forza that you may have down-played Red Bull's part (even if accidentally), at least to some extent.

different tracks suit different cars, but it seems quite clear that the redbull is the best car atm, and the ferrari not to far behind, regardless of what Alonso tries to make out. Don't really know what to make of the McLaren tbh, one race it looks unbeaable the next it looks like a donkey cart

I respect yours and Forza's opinion, but I'm going with what Lewis said after the race that "I was cruising the whole way" somehow just pulls me to say McLaren as before the DNF they were 1st and 3rd in the race and would of likely stayed that way <ok>.

I'm trying my best to be as fair as possible but it's just my opinion anyway.

I could be more ruthless and put in more McLarens, RBR's and Ferrari's at places like Spain, Monaco, Bahrain and Hungary for example, but sometimes drivers do make the difference when they do well like that and I think that would discredit what they did.

There are many other drivers that have unforced errors you know.
Certain high-profiled ones have had more than 3 contact incidents in a race.
    Lay off.
