What a strange incident, it looked like they pushed him and he bent over backwards and then chose to throw himself onto the pitch.

Another interesting piece on info on the scum, terry and refs. Terry has history as a proven liar.

While not an exact precedent, Chelsea lodged a complaint against Graham Poll in November 2006 after he sent off Terry during a 2-1 defeat by Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane , a decision that caused fury among his team-mates and José Mourinho, then the manager.

Two years ago Poll told the Daily Mail: "Terry came to see me immediately after the game, the first time in my career any player had done that. He seemed happy to accept my explanation of the two yellow cards. But the day after the game Ashley Cole accused me of having told Chelsea's players I wanted to 'teach them a lesson' and Terry said I had said one thing to him on the pitch and another in the dressing room after the game. A fortnight later Chelsea withdrew all of their allegations and Terry was fined £10,000 for what he had claimed."

Can only hope the Steward is okay and compensated by the club somehow will the fans that caused it banned for life but there is a touch of inevitability when you go up to the home end and deliberately goad the fans (particularly in light of how heated the game was).

Unfortunately incidents like this can happen at any club.

Steward looks like he's just doing an Ashley Young impression to me?!

District, every club has them, but unfortunately Chelsea have more than most.

Its not that thats daft, its the club that claimed he slipped and fell and made no mention of their fans even touching him and made out it was an unrelated incident.
