Beale is still a skinny **** because he goes to the gym everyday 3-4 sessions a week is all you need and each session no longer than 45mins. thats how you bulk up. You don't grow in the gym you grow on your rest days and while sleeping. Youre welcome Bealey

yeah it doesnt work for me at all. trust me bealey ill pm you a program do it for 8 weeks as i tell you and youll gain 15-25 kg
i've got my own program my mate made for me, he's just qualified as a personal trainer and came 2nd in scotland in the bodybuilding championships at the first time of asking, guy that won came 3rd and 2nd in both previous years. I tend to do 5 days at the gym a week, six at the very maximum, maybe one week every month send over the program though cos im interested in these things
Stop stuffing cake in your mouth Seriously, Stick to that and you'll lose 4.5 kg in 3 days , eat normal for the rest of the week and repeat it again until youre down your 15 kg
Thats what i started on , im on a different 2 day program (twice a week) now but im going back on that in a fortnight.
