Whatever some on here think of me, you will go some to find me using an internet forum to say such vile things as that.
I know mate, I know exactly who it is but you know what? I'm laughing at the sad gypo & not the least bit upset by him. So he's failed yet again, he's even a ****ter wum than you, lol.
Glad to hear it, as you'll see in that thread I was more than willing to offer my support to you at that time. I've just had a weekend away with a loved one and I can't imagine what you were going through, no chance I'd cope if I was in the same position. Not everyone will believe me, but I am well aware this is a forum and nothing more
Back to OP. I don't remember reading any posts calling for MON's head, i might be wrong and missed them but i haven't seen any. I always have had faith in MON, always will, as i firmly belive he is the right man for the job. I also firmly believe that as a paying customer that when he gets it wrong i am entitled to have a pop at him, lately he is getting it very wrong. 4-5-1 isn't working, end of.
Indeed. I was calling that vile piece of **** a **** for bumping The Janie thread but I see he has been banned already. Sick ****s like that boil my piss... Cowards.
Think there was one thread about Appy Arry taking over froggy and it was more of a question than a statement. I get the impression that most are still behind MON but, are unhappy at glaringly obvious flaws tactics wise and players wise. To be fair to Cest I think he is well within his rights to have a go but, think he may have over reacted a bit (not like Cest I know). It's another sunny day in our glorious part of the world and we have a cup game to look forward to tomorrow, a game where MON will prove any doubters wrong and then move on to beating his old team on Saturday to keep any talk of Arry firmly darn sarf.
I think you'll find that there's a lot who are not happy with the negative tactics, myself included, but i've never once asked for any manager to be sacked let alone MON after such a short time. I believe that it takes time to build a squad and get them playing the way you want them to, i'm also pretty certain that he will eventually get it right. The stats don't lie though, check them out.
1 win in 16 12 shots on target all season Absolutely shocking football with no signs of improvement About 3 or 4 home wins all year? MON doesn't seem to be looking at Changing what is obviously not working. Them stats could be compared with Bruce's when he was shown the door, nobody has come out directly and said enough is enough, let's sack him. People are however, starting to ask questions of O'Neill and his tactics. As paying customers we have every right to do that and I also don't think we are doing it way to soon either if you go by the stats. Being woeful for about 7 months is a big deal. Everybody has said these 2 games coming up are must wins, not for me, it's about performance and showing we can attack teams and dominate games. I need to see signs there's going to be improvement and signs of the potential we have. If we can't do that at home to Boro and Villa at home then supporters, including myself, will really turn the heat up regarding O'Neills future.
but he hasn't been here one year yet does every one expect instant success it's not going to happen no matter who is manager ok there is no sexy full flowing football but when the results start to come in will every one be happy then.untill the whole thing goes tits up get behind MON I am sure it will happen for use .
If we go 4-5-1 at home to Boro on Tuesday I think a lot of people will start to have serious doubts about MON. I really wanted O'Neill and hope he has something else in mind. At the moment we are just far too predictable and as several other posters have commented watching us play is like a never ending episode of changing rooms i.e. literally watching paint dry.
I really dont give a **** what formation we play so long as we win and get into the quarter finals. I really wonder why MoN bothered to have a successful 20 year managerial contract with so many better managers in the stands? Maybe Ellis could have saved himself a fortune. I really despair with our fans at times. We really don't deserve anything more than being a **** all club with some of our fans.
Boro at home for a place in the last 8? Sounds good to me, but Boro will be no pushover! 442 with Saha up with Fletch should make them think a bit though...
