Right guys, I know this is being asked time and time again want a definitive answer from all of you. At this moment in time, what should we do? Stick with Hughes and cary on losing or bring someone else in? And should that someone else be Harry, who appears to be the favourite... Going on yesterday's game I would played Mackie over SWP much sooner. SWP is useless, but Mackie shows passion for the club. All our players had passion at one point but that seems to have disappeared except in Mackie's case. This is why I feel Hughes is making the wrong decisions. So what's your opinion? You can change your opinion later if you want, just post below if you change your mind.
MH to stay for now but he has got to drop SWP and Zamora the hard truth is that we have no one up front that win headers and I am not all that sure that Cisse is up to the challange either. The rest of the team played really well yesterday and Cesar is in a class of his own making four or five world class saves so give Mackie and Faurlin a run out against Reading.
Yes, stays for now, but needs to pick up at least 6 pts from the next 3 games though. No more excuses though, play Faurlin & Mackie, drop SWP & Zamora.
Hughes stays...we win v Reading, Southampton Aston Villa, get unlikely point vs Stoke, Sunderland and beat Wigan...and we all forget this ever happened Yours from Lalaland
Hughes stays. SWP out. Faurlin in. Park to the bench. Zamora to be given a kick up the backside and told in no uncertain terms he starts to win headers or we change tactics completely and play it only along the ground to Cisse and/or Mackie. At this time our duff defenders loft it always into the middle to a static Zamora who is always outjumped. Tactics? While he continues to be picked, how about Zamora making decoy runs for others to run into the space he vacates. Hoilett to the wing. Midfielders willing to attack the box
Hughes out. I've had enough of it was the refs fault, we were unlucky, it was a moment of madness etc. The truth is he hasn't got a clue how to get us out of the mess we're in. It's time to say thank you for keeping us up, good bye
Hughes to stay of course absolutely The team is looking better each game that is clear for anyone to see. Stick with Mark Hughes as for me he is growing a great team. QPR haven't had a team with this much talent for over a very long time. I have to say I have been laughing my head off at some if the recent comments . Not one person on here can bring together half a plan on how to grow QPR and to simply just slag off whoever is completely clueless I will mention that I was there yesterday with a load of Arsenal mates and their view was QPR are a very good team on the making. Very few don't have any idea on how hard it's been to grow this Hughes team in 9 games. I have every faith in Hughes and really looking forward to pie eating day for the likes of Col and Flyer etc. Plenty of time yet no panic here Proud to hold my opinion and back the team, manager and the board . Proud to have faith because the **** posted about our team leaves me totally ashamed . I warned our fan base will become the laughing stock and so at least on here it has
Welcome back Dens. From the extended highlights I thought we played well up to a point. That point was the final third. No penetration, too slow in the build up, when the ball ends up at that the feet of SWP the move ends. The players need to be liberated.
MH to stay for now .......... BUT, As someone who has been prepared to give Hughes support during this first half of the season, it is probably fair to say that our next game against Reading will be the acid test. If we do not get ALL the points in this one, I will think otherwise of Hughes. Let's face it, Hughes keeps saying that he brought in a selection of players purely for their 'winning mentality' ........... well, that's all good and fine but what about having a manager with the same pedigree. I've always held the view that a great manager will get the best out of a team of 'average' players, whereas, a team of stars will only perform to the ability of lessor manager. With our teams' current situation, there seems to be a lot of relevance to my last comment.
interesting bit of blurb on the Beeb website from rob savage regarding the Arsenal game, Hughes, etc He reckons don't panic. Made me feel slightly better although I'd have preferred it to come from someone who doesn't look like a girl obviously. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20116250
Back spouting your usual crap I see! For the record, I haven't called for Hughes to be sacked till yesterday, when he again played SWP over someone as good as Faurlin and played 4-4-2 against their midfield 3!! Clueless!! We will be relegated if he stays. Obviously if he starts to get it right and does indeed keep us up I will admit that I was wrong. Pretty sure you won't do the same if it goes the other way!
Its taken me a while to get over yesterday, so heres my bit for what its worth. We have to stick with Hughes, I hated having a new manager every 6 months can't even remember all their names, all the back staff stuff that comes with him cannot be undone. He has bought in a few good players, and 1-0 away lose isn't the end of the world mbia stupid twat but really withour Cesar, a hughes purchase, arse could have been out of sight before. Please arry sign for Blackburn they deserve you. SWP I personally though he tried yesterday, covered a lot of ground and looked better than other games, whereas Zamora looked dreadful. Keep faith brothers and sisters 7 points points from the next 3 games still not a beautiful sight but green hoops, sorry shoots are showing.
Co! Co! Co! Neither one of us know how it will turn out so how you can keep stating that we are about to be relegated is simply IMO pathetic . Mate what are you posting ? You are honestly terrible ... Have a long look at yourself for christ's sake . I'm off underground to read only as this forum is just a sorry collection of fans just being sick ... It's better fun just to read and watch the reflux rise and spill ... Seriously what are you on ?
