Everton v Liverpool used to be relevant but the result doesn't matter these days. Arsenal v Tottenham? Probably now the Manchester derby in terms of importance.
Since Rangers died I suppose the Manchester derby is probably the biggest in Britain. Don't know what's the biggest derby in the world though. Depends on how you define biggest I suppose.
Hard to define it - do you use attendance, viewing figures or what? As far as I'm concerned it's watford v Luton but obviously only hornets and shatters are going to agree with that.
Barca - Real is probably the biggest derby of any kind in world football... River Plate v Boca is one of the maddest... local??? Man U - Liverpool is the biggest in England in terms of a regional derby Man U -Chelsea is biggest national rivalry derby in EPL... also North v South Arsenal v Tottenham fierciest local derby in EPL Hearts v Hibs is biggest local derby in SPL now Dundee Derby is a fierce local scottish derby Milan derby is probabaly the biggest local derby in Italy Milan Rome derby is the biggest national rivarly in Italy Munich derby biggest local derby in Germany Bayern v Dortmund biggest rivarly/national derby in Germany
Tesco bags v dingles for the Midlands. Biggest watched on TV, world wide is UTD v Liverpool (yes its bigger than Barca and RM)
From my opening post it's clear that I mean local whereas in your ealier post you mix local and national with gay abandon.
You never used the word local... I simple put together a list of all huge derbies.. local, reghional or national! What you probably mean - like most English football fans - what was the biggest local derby in English footbal (EPL) as that's all that matters... next time, be more specific.
