I think we could win this comfortably, but I think this result is very important for us. No, not because of what other ******ed people are saying that Tiote's absence will play a massive part in our results, because it wont. We're better with an in form Tiote, there's no doubt, but he was injured for a lot of last season, and we rushed him back too quick at times. Plus ACN kind of slowed his recovery for me. However, we still performed well and won games without him, and we can do it again.

Anyway, I'm nervous because I believe a loss before playing Liverpool away, a fixture which rarely sees us come away with anything, and West Ham at home, the side which could seriously take advantage of our weakness from set plays, could really effect our morale. These sort of games are what we really need. A win could see us within a couple of points away from the top spots, a loss could see us carry on our poor run.

We really need the win today. A few wins and the the side is back in business and recapturing last seasons form. A few losses gets people asking questions.

I believe that we can achieve 9pts from our next 3 games, if we get a good start going.

WBA aren't a poor side by any means, but I believe we have what it takes to win comfortably. All our defenders are looking solid, and we look threatening up front.

Liverpool's form rarely effects our results against them, as shown last season when they struggled to beat sides like Blackburn and Stoke, but beat us 3-1. However, I think with the right menality going into the game, we can grab a win or a draw. Liverpool don't seem to be improving in front of goal, and we are getting back into our usual defensive shape. I think we can put pressure on Liverpool, and we have shown that we can grab a couple of goals in games we play no more than average in, due to our player quality.

WHU will be a nervy game, very nervy, and I doubt we'll keep a clean sheet. But if we have Saylor and Colo available, I fancy us to outscore WHU, and I believe a win is very possible.

I think we will win today and comfortably too. It's an important game as next game is hard. We will beat west ham also. I think it's a good thing that tiote is out.... T will give him time to rest and bigi and Anita are adequate replacements to an out of form tiote.

On a side note if we lose ba in jan I believe we should sign Shane long.... I've long admired his movement and work rate and he's a good finisher... Watch his movement off the ball.....

I dont think today's game will be easy, even though Iv'e gone for a win.
WBA have started well and Steve Clarke is proving a lot of people wrong, he is more than a good coach but a good manager.
They have a lot of pace and Long can change a game.

It's a must win game, WBA are a tidy side but at home we need to make some traction as this season has got the potential to be a wet squid, but if you don't strength an already small squad how do we expect to maintain last years performance

I think we might be on the wrong side of a humping... still gone for a 2-1 win Ba first scorer, and us in an accumulator bet wise though. Feels wrong doing anything else, and most of the bookies have us down and really short or even odds for a win.

Extremely nervous, we really do need the win today. A quick start is a MUST IMO we cant afford to be a goal down at HT or worse. In terms of Liverfool and WHU i think we will draw with the bindips and a win against fat shams crew!! Howay the lads!

I took Asian Handicap Us -0.5. Feeling good about it though... I think we have enough class to see the game through. Cabaye's last game was superb as far as I can remember, and the big guns have had a lot of rest(HBA and co.)

Our form at the minute is WDWW - so we'll probably not win again until Christmas!
