Basically they are trying to encourage supporters to applaud on the 11th minute, for a minute.

It is one year since Billy lost his son to Gastroschisis. Seems aap3 are supporting the idea., which I've seen elsewhere.

Possibly but the applause is the main thing. Any chance of a sticky until Sunday evening if any mods are passing?

 

Very good idea, got a ticket and hoping to be at the game so I'll be clapping regardless of how many people are.

 

Unless there is some official announcement then the majority of the crowd won't know whats going on and it will not be noticed. Hopefully the club will play a part in getting this going, but I won't hold my breath.

this is a fantastic idea and i think the club should promote this as much as possible as we as a club have done very little to promote this cause where as donny and forest are doing loads.

 

I would like to see billy get behind it on twitter otherwise very few will have the conviction to clap for a whole minute. Would be great to have the whole stadium behind one of our players as it will set the tone of 'together as one' for the whole match.

 

This celebration has to be worth a quid or two donation for his run people.
