I'm looking forward to my next transfer window. I wonder if I was boss of Man City or PSG the chairman would sign Messi!
If anyone is interested, I'm still playing my FM12 pentagon challenge, and I still haven't won any Champions Leagues. But I have done very well in Sweden.
I'm 20 games into my first season on FM13 and I'm in 9th in the table with 27 points from 20 games. Only conceded 28 goals as well!
The jobs I've had so far in order: MP Black Aces (South Africa) - won some sort of cup, but sacked for finishing 2nd in league! Enkopings (Sweden) - started in 4th division and got consecutive promotions FC Zwolle (Holland) - won the 2nd division and promoted to Eredivisie Seongnam (South Korea) - competed in Asian Champions League, but sacked due to poor league performance América (Brazil) - no achievements, resigned out of boredom Philadelphia Union - no achievements, resigned because I hated the MLS New Zealand - lots of easy wins, but very dull. Resigned. SK Orebro (Sweden) - won the Swedish Cup and qualified for Europa League, but sacked the following season for poor league performance. Osijek (Croatia) - total waste of time Empoli - lost in final of Serie B playoffs Nottingham Forest - won promotion to Premier League on first try It's now 2026, and I've had one attempt at the Asian Champions League. That's all. This is taking ****ing ages, but now I'm in the Prem with Forest my reputation must be pretty good. My strategy of starting in South Africa in order to get to a Champions League as quickly as possible was a bad one. It's definitely a better idea to stay in Europe and work on your reputation for a while. After managing at Seongnam, América and Philadelphia, the best European job my reputation could get me was Orebro. Very frustrating, and a massive waste of time.

Been waiting had you? I think I riled up the Baggies by signing Shane Long for £6.5m in pre-season. Just rotating partnerships comprised of: Defoe, Long, Doyle.
A lot of waiting. Benitez took ages to get one as well. Got into "have to win to save my job" territory again, I beat West Ham 2-1. Trying to satisfy Nicola with attacking football has not been working. Will pick it up tomorrow and try and get back into mid table, before the real thing in the afternoon.
I see, Wolves insisted on me playing attacking football from the off and sticking with it following the step up despite some rocky results. Currently 7th in the second PL season, with 10 games to go.
Beat Chelsea 2-0, earning myself a spot in the FA Cup Semi's. Just beat Arsenal 3-2 in the semi, courtesy of a late Shane Long winner. Manchester United vs Wolverhampton Wanderers it is!!
Holy **** Jack Cork just scored a 30 yard volley! Literally on the volley! Goal of the season surely!
