As most know I was opposed to bringing in this cart horse from the beginning and, although swayed by his very good start to the season am still sceptical.
The reasons for my scepticism being many however, the main one and it's a big one is I put him in my fantasy team for the Wigan game and since then has done sod all.
So to all you Fletcher first goal betters out there get your money back on him lads as he is out of my fantasy team as of last night so is bound to score ;)

I've a rule that I never put Safc or Nufc players in my dream team. Broke it this year by having McClean in and although he's out of form he's doing well points wise from his cup exploits.

I thought a defeat as Stoke intricate passing game will do for us. After a good nights alcohol induced sleep I reckon this is the game where the under performers begin to perform and we bag 3 hard earned points.

I think we can nick it today, but fear we will lose.

It's a win/win scenario for me though, a win, and we , erm win.

A lose to a more 'average' side, a side of out kinda level may be the required kick up the hoop, having the '1 defeat away to Man City' card is bollocks, we should have lost 4 at least.

We will hit form from Tuesday, I have a hunch, but think we may get a scrappy point or even win today.

Good side Stoke, however people perceive them they are an established Premier League side, usually some kinda controversy in this (to go with a canter for us at home..), looking forward to it.

Hope the alcohol hasn't worn off yet cos we were as usual, pretty poor. At least today we passed to other players in red and white............Oh **** we weren't in red and white!
