As was posted on our board, there are players in the US baseball black union who are a quarter black, and the absurdity of some on this board (and Rio himself) maintaining one 'black' player cannot racially abuse another black player is not shared by the FA. Be careful what you wish for Rio, and also Clark Carlisle saying an eight game ban should be an entry-level for racist abuse, for that's exactly what you, Terry and Suarez were found guilty of.
Rule E3 (2) is use of abusive/insulting language. It DOES NOT specify said language to be racially inuslting or motivated.
