All of them. The fuddy is a Housing Benefit Officer and she tells me a little bit about that. Mainly the scams these ****s get up to and the abuse she has to take aff these begging tramps who really do believe that free money is their God given right. I couldny do her job. After a day of putting up with they ****s I'd kill somebody.
Got to love the internet! Now, let me get back to my Ferrari parked in my 6 car garage in my West Coast mansion house!
I know folk who work for Housing Associations .. Doleys dont pay their rent for months on end. So, what do the HA do ... get a worker to go - IN A TAXI - pick them up, take them to the dole office (taxi stil waiting) and sort it out (usually a crisis loan) and then take them to pay the rent and then take them home!! What the ****!
I agree, man - I don't think doing something which harms working folk trying to bring up kids is acceptable "collateral damage" in going after these ****s, though. End non-contributions based benefit Story from Maryhill DSS office - reason the guy left. Guy comes in (builder, getting old) has worked all his days but lost his job and was struggling to get a new one as a builder at his age - his contributions had run out for his housing benefit and he couldnae afford his mortgage - he was getting kicked out along with his wife and kids - greeting in the chair. There was nothing the guy could do for him, it was heartbreaking but the guy couldn't do anything else and had to tell this guy that they couldn't help him any further. He was on contributions based benefit because he had worked. Next, a woman came in (infamous in this office), called my mate a **** and demanded her money - due to her family's working of the incapacity/carers stuff, she was clearing more than my mate was in his wage - and she had housing benefit on top of that and a council house - she also got a capability car for some granny or other she "looked after". Woman was an ungrateful, loudmouthed workshy piece of ****e - she got what she wanted and was comfortable, the guy (who, I would argue, the welfare state was set up to protect - the very archetypal guy that needed help) left with **** all and had to tell his wife and kids they were gonna have to let their house get re-possessed. It's bullshit, man.
The rent used to be paid direct to the landlords of the doleys. What did the geniuses at the cooncil do? Decide to pay it to the doleys instead "so that thay can have some responsibility for their lives". WTF.
I'm a middle management white collar slavedrone I should chuck it and come back with a new profile where I invented sellotape or some **** and spend my days being rubbed down by a deliberately selected mix of Greek, Thai, Black and Japanese women.
Fuck, Bealey! What's the damage? Don't worry, you're still a young man, you can still make Kirsten proud!!
Well im not really too bad (right now) cos i havent moved out yet. my measly 18k a year is actually quite a lot since i dont need to pay for food/bills n **** i have it to myself when i move out however, i'll be skint. will be on a much better wage when i leave the mob i served my apprenticeship with. always be the boy in here
My first real job in 1988 paid £6K per annum. By the time I had my first flat I was on about £9K and I was a hell of a lot better off. Now I'm on a very good salary and am ****in skint. Circumstance plays a big part however. I should have made a go of the Hollywood career when I was offered the chance.
Wish it was the 90's early 00's again. I was making out like a ****in bandit. Then the economic downturn and the divorce took care of that. Mibby it wisny so wise to spend the ****in lot
