RHC your ****ing sacked! Fair enough. Loved it one of my fav films last year. The Game - Fincher. - Seen it and was ok Insomnia - Nolan. - Seen it very good I Saw the Devil - South Korean chiller / horror. V. Good! - Not going there, not usually a horror fan. Kingdom of Heaven (director's extended cut) - Ridley Scott epic. - Seen it was ok 1408 - Hafstrom horror (John Cusack has rarely acted better, and a good showing from Samuel L. Jackson). - Thought it was terrible A History of Violence - David Cronenberg. - Seen it good film Nightbreed - 1990 horror by Clive Barker, the director David Cronenberg has an unforgetable turn acting as psychopathic killer. Classic! - Again not a horror fan. Better than the **** RHC has been peddling keep them coming.
Film about the life or Ray Charles. The black guy who's in it is outstanding and the music is obviously great.
(Mostly) revenge themed: Death Sentence - James Wan. One of Kevin Bacon's best films, and a much underrated revenge story. Limitless - Neil Burger. Decent. Harry Brown - Daniel Barber. Plan B is in it and is quite good; not as good as Caine, though. Dead Man's Shoes - Shane Meadows. Quality low-budget revenge film. Captures the drug scene perfectly. The stoners remind me of some mates I had growing up. Dark City - Alex Proyas. Sci fi. Predates the matrix and is better in a lot of respects; shame it didn't have the same money behind it. Any of those any good?
Grat movie. If you are into Horror ( anyone) REC ( the spanish version) Ghostly Encounters Something Wicked this way comes IT Insidious Vacancy ( not great but not bad)
Haven't seen it and don't think I would go for it unless lots of people were telling me it was brilliant. Empire of the Sun in pole position at the moment.
