breezy disagreed with a decision you made, protested, annoyed a few people and it descended into childishness (on everyone's part) and Breezy gets hounded off because too much time was being spent on the childish argument instead of Swansea City.
He comes back on here tonight and instead of welcoming his return to talking about football, or even ignoring him, the gang who hounded him off start up again....hypocrisy?
Is there anything I've missed?
If he's done something terrible I'm not aware of please inform me and answer me this.....was it worse than bragging about football violence or trying to obtain the address of a fellow poster with a view to going around their house and attacking, SEXUALLY ABUSING, their kids?
You and Dilligaf invited somebody who did those things back on our board and all was forgiven.

Breezy has been a complete dick to a few on here recently, which has not gone unoticed, as it was the supermod that approached me about banning him in the first place. Dilligaf made one honest mistake and that numpty wouldnt give in.

Well, I can tell you he's won, let's see how this forum gets on without a mod shall we?

Give me a concrete example of something he did which is worth banning him for.
By the way, who did Rubber apologise too? He didn't apologise to me and shortly after you invited him back was justifying why he did what he did.

If Dilligaf can be forgiven for making a mistake and Rubberball can be forgiven, I don't know how you forgive that but there you are, why can't Breezy?

I didn't bother to comment on Rubber, or any of the childish spats on here lately because I recognise mods have a hard job and people will always disagree, but I can't stand by amidst all this hypocrisy anymore.
The mature thing to have done would have been to welcome Breezy's return to talking about football and ignore any references/digs....the issue would have died.
It is not mature to threaten to pack in modding just because you 2 have been pulled up on double standards. Your choice entirely, but not a mature reason to quit. I'd have more respect if you just said " I can't be arsed with all the childishness anymore".

 

Terror, breezys first post after his ban was to yet again have a dig. He has a history of being like that and is posing me of. W have lost a great poster because of him, and we will lose more if he stays. Simple.

 

Chico, why did you derail this thread? If you wanted to discuss Breezy's post on the QPR board surely you could have started a new thread to do so?

Norway's thread are usually useful and informative and people post on them and like them so why are they continually being disrupted and derailed? I have to say it shows a lack of respect to him and to the other posters on this board.

I know there are other posters who derail threads and you are not the worst culprit by any means but the vast majority of posters on this board do NOT do it - it's the same few people who are responsible every time and it's made the board almost unusable at times as people push their personal agendas on every thread, whatever the original subject.

Can I politely ask that posters think every time before they post "am I derailing this thread?" and if so they don't make that post.

 

Terror has a point. Talk on here was mostly football for the last week, and even when Breezy returned he talked football. But Chico and Dilligaf have once again started disrupting the board. The supermod decided that Breezy only deserved a short ban, so let's accept that decision and move on. Others have welcomed Breezy back, so give him a chance. What he says on the QPR board is not relevant at all. Why are you even on there Chico? If the QPR mods think he's done something wrong, then let them deal with it. You're the mod for this board, so best stick to modding this and not trying to mod other boards. For those of us that only support the Swans, we only want to read this board. And Breezy hasn't don't anything wrong since he came back. So let's get back to football and stop this childishness of mods and ex-mods having a personal vendetta against Breezy.

I have to say that this contract extension came as a complete surprise me. But the talks probably started a while back, so probably always expected by Ash and Swans board. Will mean we get extra of we sell him though. No doubt he has an escape clause if Brendan comes calling, so let's hope we get a good price if he goes. But if his form doesn't improve, we could be stuck with a dud player. But hopefully he'll get back to his normal self soon enough. Maybe Huw said... sign and extension and we'll let you go to Liverpool in January. That Huw is a canny operator.

It's clear to me from my observations at the time, that Breezy was simply trying to derail the whole Swansea board, and with it trying to get rid of both Dilli and Chico, those of us who had the intelligence to see this stepped in and supported our mods, to stop all of Breezy's crap. He subsequently got banned by the sight owner, or supper mod. Now he has come back, the first thing he does is post his usual crap deriding Swansea Mods and myself, he's not really talking about football, as some of you are trying to make out, and will not be content until he has got Chico removed, why do I know this? because he has stated as much. This thread has not been derailed by anyone else other than Breezy, and those of you who think otherwise are miss guided by your own petty agendas, grow up and let the mods do their work, and if Norway felt his thread was being side tract he would have said so by now! Don't let the mob get to you Chico mate. This also reminds me that you need some support, regarding moderating, It's my view that we need to appoint another mod, if Dilli is no longer a mod, as you seem to be very much on your own, and as I've said before if we can get a vote going, I'm all for Norway being a mod, and he will get my vote, should you decide to do this!.............

Breezy, in between defending himself, manfully attempts to continue to post about football and then bows out apologising to Norway.
He then starts another thread about football.

Don't you get it? I, and very few others, care whether your ego got bruised on another board. If he did anything worthy of a ban it is up to a moderator to get him banned.
As one of those who welcomed Aber back with open arms would you like to compare what Breezy has done compared to what Aber has done and lay out for me why Aber should be embraced and Breezy shunned?

If you check this thread from the beginning Dragon, you will see that in fact it was Chico's post that derailed the thread. I will repeat what I said, most posters on here do not derail threads, it is a small minority that do - Chico is one, Breezy is another and you are another in fact - several of Dai's threads have been derailed by you in the past for example. I am just asking politely that posters try and avoid doing this - I have no agenda other than trying to make the board more user friendly for those of us who want to read the informative posts from the likes of Norway, Ivor, Yankee and others and make our own modest contributions without having to wade through all the who did what and when and to whom arguments that have infested this board recently.

 

Well i have to say that many posters Are in the right here, i thought we had moved on from all of this and im a bit dissapointed TBH . I am no angel either and it would be hypocritical of me to comment on lovers tiff's as i had my own with KJ,who in turn had his with another 3 or 4 people.

We should all agree to disagree on this matter and move on for the good of the forum . I see both sides, but really we should be all about the debate nowadays.

I support the MOD s because we put them There and somebody has to do it,i support the views of some of the posters like terrorwit who did indeed Get some vile abuse from rubber.

Time to man up and stop the bullshit guys, if we were having These conversations in the pub we would be treating each other with alot more respect and probably having a right old laugh at the same time..this needs to be remembered i Think!

Irony and sarcasm doesnt always come across well on the internet, its very often taken the wrong way, which tends to escalate as a result. I use the forum because i miss the crack of pre/post footy banter out here, lets try and remember this scenerio as being in the pub with fellow jacks talking **** about players and tactics etc,etc.

If you cant picture that scenerio then you either dont understand the essance of football or Are not ty ed in to how football fans Are!

Remember that football is about opinions and There is often no right or wrong! I love talking footy and generally anything good natured, we must remember thats what its all about..life is too short and Even though the Odd spat is unavoidable it doesnt need to become the centre piece of our forum

Terror I can deffo see your point of view and I would be spitting feathers as well, however , if we all take a deep breath and remember that there are a few posters old and extremely new , who have an agender, it appears, to disrupt and destroy this board, it seems to be working.
If everyone goes back a couple of weeks look at the board then and compare it to how it is now, I'll think you'll agree that we being taken for mugs !

 

You have though only got half a story, and no good going off half cocked! If we appoint a moderator, then we should support his moderating, and all that Chico has done is prompted Breezy to cut out his crap on another thread, which was actually on the QPR board, now I personally think it's bad form, to run other Jacks down behind their backs on other teams board, and it's this that Chico rightly referenced in his post that you and Terror are taking issue with. The point is this, if our Mods deem fit to make a point of issue, with those that are disrupting the board, then let them get on with it, no good criticising our mods for trying to sort the issues out, and no good getting on the breezy bandwagon, to pursue other agenda's. I have said before and I will say it again, our Mods need support not all this crap they have had over these last few issues.................

Were you previously BlackSwan! You seem to be going at in all guns blazing on this issue mate, far too confidently for a 'Newbie', and you seem very much up and at it against Dilli, and Chico, which was exactly Blackswan's agenda!!......................

Ignoring all the arguments and totally off topic.... But I just saw pratley walking his dog!! Very strange as to why he's here, especially when after he moved, Orlandi moved into his house! I just assumed the swans bought the house then rented it to players to save them investing in their own house here (as players tend to move on - makes sense, also we were in league one when he moved in to the house, couldn't have been on more than 2-3k at the time)... But turns out now that he actually owns the house and was renting to Orlandi at the time.. Odd to think we he would be here, especially when Bolton have a game on the weekend.
